Great place to go for dental emergency. I thought I neede a root canal however the dentist identify that I had two crowns that were to high and rubbing together which cause an abbess in my gum. He grinder these down and the fixed the issue. I was very pleased with everyone care at the office. I have recommended them to family and friends if they every need emergency dental work.
Recently got a tooth extracted here and the entire experience was such a joy. They could get me in the same day that I called and I was able to schedule an appointment for the procedure the very next day. They have excellent bedside manners, I was informed every step of the way of what was happening and the extraction was completed before I knew. I was carefully informed on the post-procedure do’s and don’ts. They all took great care to make sure I was fine before I left for home. As a graduate student on a tight budget, the procedure was very affordable and I would highly recommend 32 Dental Urgent Care’s services to everyone. They are true professionals who care about their patients. Well, I pray that the Dental Gods are kind on me and I don’t need to pay another visit soon but in the case that I have to, I am assured that I would be in great hands. Thank you so much Dr. Thomas, the medical staff and Wendy at the reception. You all are amazing and I wish you my very best!!
I am so pleased with 32 Dental Urgent Care in Columbia Mo and glad that this service is available in the community. I had a tooth that was broken and after not having any issues with in for a while this week it started acting up. I was having a ton of pain it was really affecting my daily life. On Friday I went online to find someone that hopefully would be able to get me in same day for an extraction. I seen the very positive reviews online for 32 Dental Urgent Care and decided to try it out. Called around 9:30 and was able to get in later that day. Not only was every single member of the staff absolutely amazing. So polite personable and kind but they listed well and didn’t try and talk me into anything I didn’t want. I had a bit of a wait during but I absolutely did not mind at all because it wasn’t their fault. They also stayed late to finish my appointment and didn’t rush through it at all. They valued the time for my extraction and gave very detailed patient education afterwards. And went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and pain free during the extraction process. The doctor and everyone else on staff was quite literally the best dental staff I’ve ever encountered. And it was very affordable as well. I will absolutely be going back and you recommend them to anyone.
We walked in and the receptionist was very nice and very helpful. My mother and I got in the room those three ladies are even more nicer and friendlier and then the dentist came in...he's very nice, knowledgeable and explained everything to us and to be honest very affordable! I highly recommended Urgent dental care mostly if someone needs Urgent care right away!
From the very first step into the office it went amazing! The young lady that helped at the front was my very first impression of this business and she was amazing. I was sold solely on her kindness and empathy. The dental assistant and doctor were equally amazing. Spoke to me like a human and not a number on a piece of chart paper. 10/10 WILL recommend
