This place is nice. For sure call before hand to schedule your appointment or you'll be in their waiting room for a while. I usually seem to get scheduled for their slow days but that perfectly fine. In get in and out in 30 minutes. My most recent visit for a check up was probably one of their busy days. I had a bit of a wait but I didn't mind because I enjoyed looking at their wall of Jaws and their other displays. The assistant and doctor that checked my teeth were super nice. And bonus, I went home like usual with a new toothbrush, toothpaste, and floss. For me a place automatically get 3 stars if they give me a goodie bag to take home. And I just really liked the displays they had.👌
My husband and I have both had teeth extracted and other dental care around 7X and we are VERY PLEASED with GENTLE DENTAL all the way around!!! We both had really difficult teeth to get extracted as we waited so long making it so they could not be saved at our own fault. I had extremely long crooked roots and my teeth were badly broken off and his teeth were basically the same. The extractions and other procedures at this place and the kind, caring ,professional manner in which we were treated met total satisfaction each and every time. Another visit I had a temporary crown on a front tooth and within 7 days they called to let me know the permanent crown was done and I could come in anytime that would work for me just make an appointment which I did. Excellent job perfect match to my other teeth . Feels great and looks super ! Another Job WELL DONE AND from the time I arrived to the dental hygienist, to the wonderful kind , experienced dentist! I now do all my dental needs at Gentle Dental. VERY, VERY PLEASED! I give em a 5 star rating!!! This is another review from jan 9, 2026 visit where I had a wisdom tooth extracted and in another area I had a broken off root taken out. I am VERY PLEASED all the way around with both dentists and medical tech. from today's visit. THANK YOU ALL SO MUCH for your care and concern for my comfort. I was given clear post treatment care and was also given the care instructions in writing! Another 5 star review from me!
They left a file in my root canal and it was stabbing me in the jaw (pictures included) bone for months until I finally went to a different, less scummy dentist. They don't even inspect your mouth to find issues, they just ask where it hurts and start pulling/drilling. Whatever operation they can justify to get that sweet insurance check. Overall very unprofessional, dirty, and the reception is always grumpy.
My first appointment (2/2025) at Gentle Dental went very well. The paperwork was completed/processed quickly with friendly staff. There was little to no wait time for my scheduled appointment. The Dental Hygienists was great and the Dentist seemed knowledgeable and friendly. This review was based on my first appointment for the bi-annual checkup/cleaning. Overall I find that everyone I interacted with were very friendly and professional.
I Know.This place gets a lot of bad reviews.And i'm not really sure what it's about. I've never had anybody treat me rudely as a matter of fact, the dental assistant that I always get is not only super nice, but always makes me feel really good about myself.She always compliments me and makes me feel very understood. I have had Is a lot of problems with My teeth. it's always given me low self esteem. And this place had never made me feel bad about myself like I have had at other dentists. Some of the work that i've had done has been kind of rough but they've always taken care of my problems and even gave me my dentures. I continue to go here, and have no problem doing so
