After relocating to a new area of Southern Mass I found myself without a dentist when I needed an emergency root canal. I was recommended Dr Saffari from a local dentist group. When I came to his beautiful office in a brownstone in Back bay the immediate warmth and comfort that Dr Saffari and his loving family offered was unlike any other dentist I’ve been to. They make you feel like family and the work they do is beyond professional, my teeth look and feel great, my root canal went smoothly there was no pain, and I look forward to switching my whole family to this practice. I highly recommend this office!
I had an amazing experience at Dental Designs Boston. I called last minute with an issue for me and my boyfriend, and they were able to fit me in the same day, which I truly appreciated. The staff was incredibly kind, caring, and welcoming from start to finish. I went in to fix a wire that had come loose in my permanent retainer, and the repair was quick and very reasonably priced Dr. Saffari took the time to explain everything thoroughly and made me feel completely at ease. You can genuinely tell that the staff truly cares about their patients, and it really shows in the quality of their service. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a dentist in Boston!
I recently switched dentists to Dr. Saffari and had two crowns done with him. I must say this office is exceptional. The hospitality from reception to dental assistant to Dr. Saffari himself is something I have never experienced before. Everyone was so friendly, generous, and accommodating. Dr. Saffari put me at ease by explaining everything he was doing and the crowns he did for me were beautiful. The bite was perfect with no adjustments needed after cementing them in and the spacing between the teeth and the gums was immaculate. The crowns were a little lighter in color than my other teeth but Dr. Saffari insisted that he would be happy to send the crowns back to the lab for reproduction to get a better match if I was unsatisfied. Since they were back teeth it didn't really bother me if the color was a little off to my natural teeth, but Dr. Saffari made sure I completely consented before cementing them in. I can tell he really prioritizes not only dental health, but a great cosmetic appearance as well. I only wish I found this office sooner!
Excellent experience! The dentist is amazing, very professional, gentle, and takes the time to explain everything clearly, which made me feel very comfortable. The assistant is also very kind and attentive, always making sure I was okay. The receptionist is organized, friendly, and made the scheduling process very easy. The whole team is excellent. I highly recommend them!
Everyone was so incredibly kind and professional. Dr. Saffari took his time with my dental cleaning, explained every step that he was doing, and provided options for follow on treatment - at no point being pushy, making sure that I felt comfortable and informed. Cannot say enough good things about the staff and the practice! I know that going to the dentist can be intimidating, but highly recommend this practice.
