I've been coming to this clinic for a few years now. Since Dr Call left, I met Dr Coleman for the first time today. He was friendly & professional. I had no issues so the visit was brief. He seems great so far. The hygienist, Melissa, who normally works in Utah County, was outstanding. She was thorough and friendly. I also overheard one of the front office people working with a patient who was in a lot of pain after a tooth extraction done at another clinic. The woman who fielded that call was very patient & did an amazing job working with someone who was obviously distraught. I did't get her name unfortunately, but she handled the challenging situation perfectly.
The dentist did such an excellent job of putting a crown on my implant. I am very happy with my tooth. He does beautiful work. He was also so so nice. The staff treated me very well. They are all so so nice and caring. I feel so fortunate to have 3rd South dental for all my dental needs!
I am so very pleased with Dr. Theurer as a dentist. He is extremely kind and will take time answering my questions. I totally trust his expertise as my dentist. The dental hygienists do an excellent job cleaning my teeth. The office staff are so pleasant and nice to me and others.🥰.
We’ve been going to Dr. Theurer for several years now, and I honestly can’t say enough good things. My kids and I have consistently had great experiences — the staff is friendly, patient, and makes every visit easy and stress-free. Dr. Theurer is professional, thorough, and great with kids, which makes a huge difference for our family. We also subscribe to their in-house plan, which has been fantastic and covers all of our regular maintenance, making everything simple and predictable. It’s clear they truly care about long-term dental health, not just quick visits. Highly recommend this office to anyone looking for a great family dentist.
Very good communication on appointment. The hygienist was friendly and efficient and the one issue was dealt with without a lot of wait. The dentist was also professional and friendly. Sorry I’m not being specific about names as both were new to me.
