Outstanding client experience! In search of a reliable dentist, I scheduled an appointment since I have seen their commercials. Great location, easy to find, complimentary dental scans, and Melissa Rodriguez is excellent. She’s extremely polite, patient, professional, and possesses a great deal of experience. I admired she listened to me and excelled at following my goals vs cross-selling additional services. Oscar was super friendly, experienced, and my guy that took care of my scans, impression for my retainer, and made me feel comfortable considering I looked a hot mess. Of course, the dentist whose smile was worth a million bucks made me feel special, assessed my trouble area, and presented me with a couple of options. 4M Dental Implant Center specializes in mouth makeovers in the Valley. I was in my happy place and will be back!

Save yourself the trouble and please do not go here! I Saw their advertisement on instagram and thought they were reputable but I should have read reviews because I got scammed. It’s been a year since this hassle of a “business” and today was supposed to be my first yearly cleaning. Not once did they say it was going to be $180. The receptionist said she called and left a message(this has been a recurring problem as I e never received any call nor voicemail she claimed to have left. “Do you have a block on your phone?” “No. I’ve never gotten any calls or messages from you.”) it takes an hour and a 1/4 tank of gas to get there AND back for me, if I’d got any messages trust I wouldn’t waste time energy and money Getting there. First I go for this grant which really did nothing for the price but I was so hopeful at a new beautiful opportunity for teeth not ruined by lupus & scleroderma. I told the doctors about my diseases and it was like talking to a dead person. My mouth is small and skin & lips are tight and small, not like a regular adult. Want to take a bet that these teeth fit a full grown man? 1st with them texting me they were going to reschedule my surgery and will be in contact. I’m waiting for them and so I call and leave a message for Krystal. Never got my voicemail either apparently. Waiting for my antibiotics they were supposed to send a day or so before surgery and nothing from the office. Day before “click to confirm for tomorrow!” I’m like heck! you’ve had me waiting and now I don’t have meds! Surgery comes and honestly I need to know if others felt like they were just butchered, it was worse than when I got a toe amputated & came out of anesthesia before I was supposed to (have red hair in my dna which apparently makes you have a high tolerance to anesthesia and need more.) 2nd so I get the first set of temporaries & they’re comically bad. You know the fake teeth that wind up and chatter about? Those are what I got and in the end what they left me with. They have an amazing assistant come in from cali to help with a second set that still didn’t fit my mouth but we’re smaller than the last but I was accepting of these. She picked a complimentary color that wasn’t bleach white and fit my skin tone. IT BREAKS WHEN IM WAS EATING! Right in half so they gave me the gigantic 1st set again. The dental assistant and I both asked if we could get a physical mold of my gums but they refused and used their “high tech machine” that obviously wasn’t working properly and the teeth jet out farther than my natural teeth overbite ever did!! When asking me about the final permanent set that once in my mouth there was no fixing it and “I’m financially responsible for.” I was positive we were talking about the second set that fit better and not the first gigantic set I’m stuck with. The moment I get the permanent set in I’m bawling my eyes out because I realized it was just the first set!! And still in the white tone I didn’t want either! I still can’t close my mouth fully without effort! Dr. P said “you’re still kind of swollen they’ll grow on you & the color will fade.” I’m crying and he leaves until I stop, “you can make an appointment with dr Shaun but he’s only here on Wednesdays. I don’t think he’ll be able to do anything to change because these are the permanent.” The dental assistant this time also stabbed me in the gums and was trying to continue like I wouldn’t notice and I was like ow you stabbed me “does it hurt?” YES YOU STABBED ME AND I TASTE BLOOD! So she only then gets gauze t stop it, ONLY AFTER I SAID SOMETHING! And she was of course for her doctor and “oh they look great!” So I have the doc and assistant gaslighting me to like my teeth when they know they look ridiculous. I have had nothing but problems silly me to think they’d fix them as they arose. I’ve been crying since 9am and last year! Also save myself from having to deal with unhelpful staff especially Dr. P, and the brunette in reception with the except Saul & the nice blonde DA from cali! Please save yourself & find another building altogether!

I love the people at the office. Dr Will was a great addition to the office. They make a stressful process as comfortable as possible. They all have a a great sense of humor. My last procedure which was 3 extractions and a sinus lift, which is an extensive procedure, I dozed off 3 or 4 times during the procedure. They gave me a local sedative, but that would not be enough to normally make ne doze off. I was very comfy. If you are thinking about improving your dental situation, give them a try, you will be glad you did. Robert Sherman. Procedure on Feb 4th, 2026.

I used to dread going to the dentist, but 4M Dental completely changed that for me. I did their “smile in a day” program and it’s been one of the best decisions I’ve made. Yes, they really can give you a bright, white set of implants in a single day, but the full treatment process takes about six months. Totally worth it. Every step of the way, the team at 4M Dental has been exceptional. Anytime I’ve needed something or had a question, they handled it quickly and professionally. They’re accommodating, helpful, and they actually take the time to explain everything so you feel confident and taken care of. I’m only a few weeks away from finishing my treatment, which is exciting because I won’t be spending much more time in a dentist chair — but honestly, if I had to pick a dentist chair to sit in, it would be theirs. Great team, great people, great results. Couldn’t ask for more.

There's no other place in the Las Vegas Valley that I would trust for dental implants. I'm very pleased with the three dental implants that 4M Dental did for me. Ask for Dr. Sean, he's very professional and knows what he's doing. Maria is a fantastic dental assistant, and you cant go wrong with how joyful Melissa at the front desk is. My only advice is to tell Dr. Will and the Latino male dental assistant to shave that big bush off. No one wants a bushy beard in their face, its just unhygienic, not clean at all. A little feedback goes a long way for success. Never the less, 5 stars all the way, you wont go wrong with 4M Dental!
