The office is clean, has ample parking and the staff was friendly and helpful. They answered all my questions and I waited less than 10 minutes. The dentist was attentive, gentle during the exam and subsequent cleaning. I am glad I switched to this practice and highly recommend. They also gave me a useful welcome gift which was a nice touch.
If dental anxiety were an Olympic sport, I’d have gold… until I went to A New Smile. From the moment I walked in, I knew I was in good hands. My hygienist Elo was absolute magic — gentle, attentive, and genuinely cared about my comfort the entire time. She listened, checked in often, and somehow made a dental cleaning feel… relaxing as it can be. And then there’s Sharon — the unofficial motivational speaker of dental health. She will lovingly call you, remind you, follow up, and not stop until you’re convinced that your teeth deserve attention, no matter how much dental anxiety you bring to the table. Honestly, it works. If you’ve been putting off the dentist, this is your sign. Highly recommend!
Elo has done my last 2 dental cleanings, and she's great. Very professional, friendly, and helpful. She gave me recommendations of what products to get as well as tips on how to take better care of my teeth and decrease my sensitivity. The office staff is very friendly and helpful too. Because it is a big office, they always have appointments available. For this last cleaning, I had to pay out of pocket since I had already used the 2 cleanings that my insurance covered, but they gave me a good rate. I've been coming here for years now and will continue to come back thanks to their professionalism and excellent care.
Never really write reviews but I always have a great experience here. The entire team is incredibly professional, friendly, and genuinely caring. They make you feel comfortable from the moment you walk in, and the quality of their work really shows. It’s rare to find a place that combines skill with such a welcoming atmosphere, but they do it perfectly. Highly recommend!
I’ve been to so many different dentist and I will follow Dr. Nahon wherever he goes! The dental hygienist here are also GREAT. The service is quick & you are never overcharged. Dr. Nahon does such a great job of explaining everything and helps you feel at ease. I cannot recommend A New Smile enough
