After having a "cleaning" done, that they actually didnt do (but billed my insurance for it), they said i needed a deep clean instead. I Made an appointment and left. They called weeks later stating my insurance was rejected. Unbeknownst to me, my company changed our insurance company. So after finding this our, i called and sent them my correct insurance card. About a month after that i get a bill for $60. I call and ecplain i have an appointment coming up in 6 weeks, ill pay when i come in for my scheduled procedure. They said that was fine. The day before my procedure i received a letter from them in the mail stating "you and your family are never allowed to return or have our services again" i didnt know what was going on and that seemed like a very rude letter. So i call and they said it was because i owed them $60!! Then proceeded to tell me that My $60 bill was Sent to collections! So now my credit got dinged and I didnt get the procedure because their staff did not rotate my account or communicate the payment arrangement! I would not recommend this or any bussiness that treats patients this way.
My first visit with A+ Smiles and it was a great experience! April did an incredible job with the x-rays, cleaning, and gum exam. Both April and Dr. Neely provided information about my options for dentures/implants. Highly recommend this dental office.
Our family has really appreciated the friendliness and welcoming atmosphere. The front desk, the hygienists, Dr Hill and Dr Neely have all made us feel welcome. I can’t say enough about what a great job they do with cleaning, checking for problems and making recommendations.
Im very impressed with this office. The staff is kind, empathetic and professional. Special kudos to Kayla for being super talented, good at her job, and caring. Its obvious she has top-notch skills. My dental issues are being addressed and im happy with the progress/results.
Everyone was very nice and helpful for my dad. He had a bad experience with another company and I recommended A+ Smiles because my husband and I go there. We have always had good experiences with all the dentists there. We really like A+ Smiles.
