I cannot say enough amazing things about Aesthetic Family Dental Care! From the moment we walked through the doors, we felt genuinely welcomed and cared for. The entire team goes above and beyond to make you feel comfortable it truly feels like you’re walking in to see family, not just a dental office. Dr. Priest is absolutely exceptional. Professional, knowledgeable, gentle, and thorough you can tell he truly cares about his patients and takes pride in his work. He takes the time to explain everything clearly and makes sure you feel confident and informed about your treatment. The ladies at the front desk are top tier! They are warm, organized, helpful, and always greet you with a smile. The assistants and hygienists are just as wonderful — attentive, kind, and incredibly skilled. The office itself is beautiful, clean, and very well maintained. You can tell they prioritize excellence in every detail, from patient care to the overall experience. If you’re looking for a dental office that provides outstanding dentistry while making you feel valued and respected, this is the place. We are so grateful to have found Aesthetic Family Dental Care. 5 Stars isn't really enough!! I went to Aesthetic dental Chandler for the first time today, based on the recommendation of a friend and was blown away by everyone's kindness, friendliness, and willingness to help! I was experiencing an urgent issue and they moved things around in order to get me a next-day appointment. The office is comfortable and very well equipped. All of their staff exhibited the utmost professionalism and explained issues and options thoroughly. I have never had a better dental experience! They even gave me a beautiful metal drink tumbler as a gift!! I will definitely be returning!!
I don't know where to start - From the moment you open the door to the moment leave this office, everything and everyone is great. The ladies are always smiling and incredibly helpful. Their technology is mind blowing, at least to me it is. The dentists are knowledgeable, caring, careful, great bedside manner, explain everything careful... I can go on an on. In all my years going to the dentist, this is truly and simply the best dentist! I brought my dad in this morning with a bunch of issues and Dr. Symen was fast, listened careful and took such great care of my dad!! He can't stop talking about this office and how awesome they are. Look no further, this is the practice to go to! You will not regret it!!
My Wife Carolyn recently had some dental work done. This was our very first visit to Aesthetic Family Dental Care. The moment we walked through the front door we were welcomed with a smile from the front desk and from every staff member that passed by us. Both my Wife an I have a fear of dentist but this visit really changed our perspective and the visit made us feel very comfortable. We went back again yesterday to have her stitches removed, I had the opportunity to lay back in the reclining massage chair in the front lobby, I wish I could've spent all night in it. Anyone who has a phobia of dentists should visit Aesthetic Family Dental Care, they are awesome.
I had a filling fall out and went to Aesthetic Family Dental to get it fixed. The staff there was Amazing! From the front desk (especially Caitlin), to the dental hygienist, to the Doctor himself, everyone was so warm and friendly. Since it was my first time, they gave me a little tour of their office, their high tech X-ray machine and their machines that creates crowns on site. Great experience and will be my new dentist moving forward!
