Would not go back to this place the staff at the front is rude they were ready to take my payment before I was even seen and even knowing what type of work was going to be done . The doctor and his assistants were amazing and straightforward , but the staff in the front outweighed them. Then once it was time to pay and we had a plan of what was going to be done they wanted me to pay for the procedure before I even had it done . Which the procedure was going to be 2 weeks out so I said I'd rather pay after or before on the day of my procedure and they were still really rude . I waited for my antibiotics to go to my pharmacy for 3 days and nothing I ended up calling the dentist office 2 different times and not a call back after leaving a message and voicemail. So I had to then go to the ER to have them give me the antibiotics and when I called the dentist back to cancel my appointment I asked to speak to her supervisor and all she said was ok and hung up on me . They need better staff out front would not go back because of them .

Dr. Osei was laid- back and very sociable and I was immediately comfortable. His staff were great, too. Overall, a good experience. The only negative thing is that the appointment took 2 hours. Lots of waiting, but the waiting room is comfortable.

I had my first tooth extraction here last week. I had horrible anxiety but this place is the literal best for people with anxiety. Joseph, Crystal, and both dentist were so comforting and just did an excellent job and put my mind at ease. The whole staff here is so kind. The procedure was painless, fast, and they actually care about their patients here and go above and beyond. I would give them 10 stars if I could!!!
