I have had bad experiences with having my teeth cleaned in the past and I went years avoiding it. Beth took great care of me. She was compassionate and considerate of my concerns. She did a very thorough professional job and was very gentle. I will only go to her from now on.
My hygienist was awesome!! Alexa (Alexis?) She was so gentle with my sensitive teeth. She did such a great job getting my permeant braces(on top and bottom). Along with information for me moving forward. Thank you!!

I see that they have very good reviews for this odontology. I took my other children to different odontology, and those two places were very kind to them and always let them know that if they couldn't clean their teeth perfectly with just a regular toothbrush, they were there to help them. That's why we had appointments every three weeks... but this "character," at every visit, which is every two months, is always saying, "Eww, this is disgusting, so dirty." Has he ever said that to an adult? I think that when he decided to study odontology, they explained to him, and they should have also taught him, not to judge the patient but to help them and explain what would help them clean their teeth better while wearing braces. And if he doesn't like it, he should tell me, the mother, and not pick on a child. Every time we go, he looks at me as I don't understand what he's saying. I understand him perfectly well. And as the dentist told me, the orthodontist should perform a cleaning of her teeth while she has the braces on, something I haven't seen them do so far.
I am from Virginia and I had a temporary crown that was loose. Dr. Raun was extremely gracious to see me and to remove the temporary and reglue it. Excellent facility. Not every dentist would be willing to do that. Great guy, compassionate doctor. Thank you Doctor Raun snd your sraff.
