Dr. Ky is the reason I stay at Aberdeen Smiles. She is an exceptional dentist, makes me feel comfortable, explains everything to me so I understand what is going on with my dental care. She is very personable, she makes you feel like your care matters to her. I totally trust her advice.
Exceptional Care and Fantastic Service! I've tried dentists closer to my home, but I always come back here, and the 2-hour drive is always worth it. Amazing Scheduling: They are incredibly considerate and accommodating of my long commute, which makes scheduling appointments stress-free. Wonderful Atmosphere: The office is clean, has cute décor, and the entire staff is so kind and welcoming. Top-Notch Dentist: Dr. Christina Ky is thorough, does a great job educating me on my dental health, and is genuinely funny. You won't find a better dental practice!
I gave the clinic a two star rating because the Technician I had with curly hair was very knowledgeable and very helpful and she had lots of relevant information for me. However I am currently a Medicaid patient until April, so I feel like my doc told me that there’s nothing they could do for me and that the term was have to call someone else because she couldn’t help me out and I wasted my Medicaid visit here and felt like the doc wasn’t interested in answering anything I had to ask and didn’t read me patient forms otherwise I would’ve had a clear plan for what I asked for and then I would’ve not had to ask tech to ask her a question for me and include it in my email because that’s how fast I was hurried out there and if you are a Medicaid patient you can get just ex rays or a tooth exact but they won’t extract it they will tell you to call around and find someone else. Waste of time. I felt humiliated and cried in car, but hey the doctor was in a hurry so it’s all good right?
I have always been treated great. Never belittle or made to feel bad. I enjoy coming to here because everyone is very kind and explains what is being done. I would highly recommend Aberdeen Smiles. They do great work.
I was a new patient and was able to get an appointment promptly, which I really appreciated. My initial visit was for emergency care, and the staff was professional and accommodating throughout the process. Dr. Ky did an excellent job explaining my treatment plan and addressing my dental issues. The care I received was very good, and I truly appreciate the quality of work and attention provided
