I’ve been going to this dentist for years. I called before my scheduled appointment to let them know I have new insurance. So when I went in my appointment was canceled. They requested permission from my new company for the cleaning. I was denied so I called the insurance and was told the dentist had to submit the request properly with proof of my original deep cleaning. I followed up with a call to the dentist and they assured me that they knew how to resubmit the request properly. So I wait. When I try to follow through with the dentist office I am unable to get any information if my insurance has approved me so I can reschedule. Can you please tell me what my next course of action should be. I told the receptionist my birthday and as I was spelling my last name he raised his voice over me and said w”we have hundreds of people with that birthday”. So i said look I’ll just come in there. So I can imagine what he said. Thank you. Lina Willson.
I always have such a great experience at this location! Dr. Carpenter is so knowledgeable and friendly! He always takes the time to listen no matter how busy it is and genuinely cares about his patients. Ever since finding Dr. Carpenter , I no longer dread making dentist appointments! Thanks for always making my experience great!
I haven’t been to a dentist in years due to prior trauma… I had an exam and dr Carpenter did great explaining what I needed and he and his staff were very friendly. When I checked out my cost and options for my care were clearly explained. Going back Monday to schedule an appointment for everything I need done!
Everyone is so very nice at your office. I really really appreciated how the doctors talks about the best way to work with the patient regarding finances and everything else to get the best results for the patient . Everyone is very personable. It’s obvious you care about the patients .
if i could give no stars plug negative stars i would- if u have Nevada medicaid at all dont go here hoping for teeth extractions. they will straight up tell u no one dose them for people with medicaid insurance. they might be respectful to u but if ur poor like me on this state insurance they will not treat u. seems to be a very common thing getting poor care because im not on some good insurance. i still need help with my teeth and its been a while now with no help at all. i highly do not recommend this play for anyone on nevada mediciad looking for extractions. their site also claims they do emergency visits but when i tried to do that after i was told its the place that dose extractions, i had to make an appointment just for them to look at my mouth and then tell me to go out of town for any help. they do not help u.
