I can’t say enough good things about All On Implants and Modern Dentistry. I called in pain with a true emergency, and they fit me in right away. From the moment I walked in, the team was kind, calm, and professional. Not only did they take care of the immediate issue, but they actually built me a brand-new tooth that looks and feels completely natural. The attention to detail and the care Dr. Dave puts into his work is amazing. What started as an emergency visit has turned into a long-term relationship. I’m officially a loyal customer and wouldn’t trust my smile with anyone else. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a dentist who truly cares about their patients!

I had an amazing experience at All On Implants! Dr. David was incredible, he took the time to explain everything, made me feel comfortable, and truly cared about getting the best results for me. The staff was just as wonderful, friendly, professional, and very supportive throughout the entire process. I researched for Implant Dentist for a year, went to many "free" consultation. I paid for consultation at All on Implants Philly, King of Prussia. They were very upfront and honest. The cost, the procedure and all processes. Very friendly staff. I chose them and I chose wisely. While doing the procedure they noticed a problem, they stopped the procedure "bottom bone infected, they gave me meds and told me to follow-up every month, after 3 months of healing, I had my bottoms done. While it might take 6 months for me, imagine if you took a plane to anywhere to get it done, do you think they would have cared about a infection? If so you would have to return 3 or 4 times to be completed. Dr Azizyan is the best I know. Look him up, I promise you will be impressed, his assistant is wonderful too. On my recommendation give him "them" a try..
I just had the best experience at All in Implants with Dr David. I am someone who HATES/fears going to the Dr/Dentist. I have had 3 teeth that have been bothering me for over a year!! Well it was finally to painful and I made an appointment and it was the best decision ever. Just got home from having all 3 teeth pulled and I can say the ONLY thing I felt was rhe needle stick for the novicaine!! I highly recommend Dr David and All in Implants!!!
