This office is full of Kickback & push back. After the $5 fee was paid by a patient to have x-rays sent over they still are giving a hard time getting the x-rays over they want a form signed (which is great !) Mind you this patient is 62 years old- does not have much technology experience at this point, so we kindly asked for the form to be sent to our office to help assist printing it for the patient to fill out and we would scan it and send back over to the office for the patient- ya know , helping the patient out and making the transition as smooth as possible for him. Instead the DOCTOR hops on the phone and gives push back just like her other staff ..

Avoid this place at all costs! I went to have five teeth pulled (3 were already loose). Dr. Rose gave me novacain and when she came back I told her my lip was numb but I could still feel my teeth. She then, without giving me any more novacain, proceeded to take 4 teeth. The first was slightly painful and the three that were loose already came out with almost no pain, but when she got to the last one it was so painful I hollered and came up out of the chair some. I told her I didn't think she gave me enough novacain but she said the pain was because I had an infection in the bone. When I questioned that she got indignant and said "I know what I'm talking about." Then, she broke the tooth off below the gum line. She set me up for an appointment three months away to remove the broken off root. The following day I went to an oral surgeon. They called Access Dental to get my x-rays and Access Dental refused to send them my x-rays. When I was treated by the oral surgeon I was given enough novacain and the procedure was painless (no mention of any infection). I've probably been to over a dozed dentists in my life time and Dr. Rose was the most incapable of all of them.

If I could give this dental office zero stars I would. At first seemed like a really nice office the staff were very kind and answered any questions I had. I was a little caught off guard when my children were called back and I as their mother was not allowed to go back with them. I was never shown X-rays was just informed they needed to come back for extractions as they had several cavities. (3 kids 11 and under) seemed odd but I didn’t feel like a dentist would make it up. Going back for their second appointment they informed me that because my oldest has anxiety and they refused to allow me to be with her to help her with the experience she needed to go to a different dental office. After going to another office we were informed she did not need to have any extractions as she had perfect teeth. My other two children I decided to pull them from access dental as well to get another opinion just to find the same issue. They too did not need extractions. The new dental office showed me their X-rays and treatment plans together. My husband was also being seen by access dental and they were pushing for him to get teeth extractions as well. The way he was spoken to and the amount of phone calls and text messages demanding he comes in for extractions is absurd! When he mentioned getting another opinion ms rose gave him an attitude and demanded he get it done. The professionalism of this practice is horrible! I highly encourage anyone thinking about this office to go elsewhere!
