Just had a check up and cleaning with Dr. T and his assistant Bella! Both were very nice, had good etiquette and efficient with what they do. It was quick and easy. They even complimented my teeth! I will most definitely be returning. I was recommended by a friend to them myself after not having a Dentist of my own for the last year and I highly recommended them to anyone else that requires/is in need of Dental care!
Very unprofessional operation. They told my wife she needed a procedure done and made a treatment plan, then her next appointment they acted like they had no idea who she was or why she was there, and stated that they couldn’t perform the procedure she needed. So why did you waste our time? Then my spouse called to discuss the issues, was told she’d get a call back from the store manager, which never happened. Then she called back to get her x-rays forwarded to her new dentist, they never did so. Please, if you are considering this dentist, look elsewhere. They will be good enough if there are no problems, but if there are any issues? You’ll never get a resolution or satisfaction. Just go somewhere else, very unprofessional non-accountable employees here.
I have a tooth that is bothering me. They got me in quickly to get it looked at. I had to bring my children. The whole staff helped me with my kids they were all so amazing and went above and beyond. I didn’t wait very long to see the dentist. Love this office!!
This place is full of it we waited over 2 months to see the orthodontist was given a appointment time and everything i was even sent a reminder text for the appointment just to get a call today saying that my daughter's appointment couldn't be honored because it wasn't put into a time slot even though it was they said they couldn't "squeeze" her in when it shouldn't have been a issue this was established over 2 mo ths ago now their saying they cant get her in until February which is not acceptable so we are now on the search for a more professional dental office with employees who actually do their job the right way instead of bumping clients for other people after we have waited for so long and this is not the first time have to get this rescheduled. It was bad enough at the last appointment we came to for a "cleaning" it literally took the dentist 1 minute to do it then sent us on our way we were there maybe 15 minutes and a majority of that was waiting. We will never be coming back here.
Had an appointment, through the call center. 59.00 for a limited exam, went in and was told very rudely "I don't know who told you that, but it's well over 100.00, who told you that?" How would I know, I didn't make the appointment. Hopefully this person behind the desk takes a class on how to be more personable. My wife called the call center back, they fixed the issue, but lost a client.
