I recently had the need for dental care on a back molar that had an old root canal and crown. The tooth was really beyond saving, but Dr. Khan did the impossible, was able to clean out 5 canals, block them properly and relieve my pain. Then Dr. Shiner replaced the crown with a beautiful new translucent one made in the office, instead of waiting two weeks for one to be made in a lab and requiring a second appointment. And all of this was accomplished without leaving Vernal for the Wasatch Front. Their professionalism and care was was the best I have ever had. Dr. Khan even phoned me the next day to check on my comfort. The office is beautiful and well appointed, and the staff are professional, friendly and helpful. And best of all, I am still able to enjoy a good steak.
This a great team of Doctors and assistants. I had multiple teeth that needed root canals, several teeth were very difficult and had multiple canals. Dr. Khan is a perfectionist and he wouldn’t quit or say it was good until it was perfect. Even then we waited to see if any issues arise prior to put the crowns on. Dr. Shiner is also a great dentist and he has the ability to make the crowns in his own clinic. Once the crowns were seated they needed very little adjustments. They sat me down before hand, and talked about the cost, everything was honest and upfront. The whole staff made me feel I was the most important person there. I have never felt that before. Everyone about the treatment was so nice and easy to talk to. I have never met a greater team of professionals and just good people that take their job seriously. They really care about the individual. Thank you all at Advanced Dental.

My name is James. I don’t usually leave reviews. However, I feel like everyone needs to know how amazing Dr. Kahn and Dr. Shiner were when I needed to root canals done. Not only did they accommodate my demanding schedule so that I didn’t have to take any time off. But also the quality that I received. I’ve had eight root canals done in my lifetime and these last two are by far. The best quality that I’ve gotten. They will last a long time. The whole team here at advanced dental are amazing. I highly recommend them.
Dr. Shiner and Dr. Kahn are more than amazing! Their professionalism is superb. From my initial consultation to the finished results I was always kept informed and they valued my time constraints. I needed extensive dental work from a root canal to gum and tooth reconstruction and they were very patient in achieving the excellent results I have. I cannot recommend them enough!
