The staff at advanced dental care are very friendly and are always very professional. They have several Dentist in their office to answer any concerning questions you may have about your situation. I like that the office is always super clean. It makes me feel safe when having my visit. if you’re looking for a dentist, I would recommend advanced dental care and giving them an A+ for all my visits
I have had VERY terrible experiences with dentists but no longer! The care that this team and Dr. Whiting show is beyond anything I have ever experienced. I have avoided the dentist for years and when a tooth chipped off I was referred to this amazing team and I am forever grateful! The service that I received from Advanced Dental Office of Dr. Keith West was Superior. The Staff was courteous, polite and professional. Most of all they were compassionate and attentive. Dr. West is an exemplary and gifted dentist. His knowledge is astounding, and he has the “ Midas Touch” when working on your teeth. His work is gentle, precise and completed to perfection. 2-24-26, I had a standard cleaning but the office discovered a very tough cavity to get to in the exam. 2-25-26 I went back in and Dr. Whiting did an excellent job getting it drilled and filled. Next appointment will be the one hour scan for the new teeth implants. Thanks to the whole staff as they treat you as a real patient and not a cattle call.
I'm very pleased with the service I've received at this office. I've seen both Dr. Rice and Dr. West and would recommend them both. D.Dr. Rice is very gentle about his work and take great effort to insure that he does not cause any pain while performing any procedure. The office staff is cordial and helpful. The dental hygienists perform are friendly and perform their services in an effective and timely manner. I have found no problems with any staff in the number of years that I have been going to them.
