I needed an emergency dental visit and I left a voicemail on Sunday evening and received a call back early Monday morning and they saw me immediately. Everyone who works there was very helpful and friendly and the dentist was knowledgeable and is fixing my problems. Highly recommended! I am so glad I found them! They are rockstars! They take Medicaid and I was very thankful because I did not like my other options (Pine Dentistry and Sofia Dentistry).
I have had my fair share of negative experiences with Dental offices. THIS office is the best dental office I have been to. They care about the patient, they give options every where that they can. They always ask how you are and if you have any concerns of your own. If you do, like I did, they give options and reassurance and truly make you feel like they’re trying to care for you as the patient. Discomfort? They work with you. Anxiety? They work with you. Need to call 5 times about the same thing? They are understanding and willing to go over it with you to be sure YOU feel seen and heard. I’ve had cleanings and procedures done that other offices would have hurriedly done and pushed you out of the door. With no care to your pain level or anxiety and without explaining anything. This office talks with you through your procedure to be sure you are comfortable and makes sure you feel as little pain as physically possible. I love this office. I won’t go to another dental office as long as they’re open.
The staff here are phenomenal! I’ve been coming for a couple of months. From the front desk to having your services completed by dentist or dental 🦷 hygienist, you are treated like part of the family. The staff genuinely cares about taken care of their patients. If you are looking for a place that won’t judge you, this is it! I’m new to the area, however this is home now. Looking forward to continuing keeping my dental hygiene in tact. Best dental care since I’ve moved to this area. I had two emergencies last year, which they put me in the same day to be taken care of so I’ve moved my routine care over as well. The staff is always super nice! Our whole family goes here!
I Needed immediate Care and they saw me so quickly. I was surprised that they were taking new patients, they handled and explained everything with care. They are now our everything as we dive into getting our body straight for the new and coming years. Thank you guys. The front desk stuff is amazing as well!! Which is rare at doctors offices. You can feel the love.
