Had 6 teeth pulled and a temp. bridge put in. First time ever having a tooth/teeth pulled, so I was very nervous, even after knowing I would be sedated. They did an amazing job and I had little to no discomfort! They are all very nice, helpful, and informative. Dr. Neely is super professional and you can tell he and his team take pride in treating every patient with the care they expect and deserve!
In October 2024 I found myself in desperate need of a dentist. After doing some reasearch, reading reviews and watching the commercials, I found myself making an appointment with the incredible dental team at Advanced Dental Care. From that first appointment through many months of extensive dental work, I have received the most exceptional care from the entire team, including the administrative team, the hygienists, the dental assistants and the extraodinary dentists. Dr. Neely has an exceptional team that always makes you feel like part of the family, while giving you the utmost care. I am very thankful that I found this special group of people!. I highly recommend Advanced Dental Care for all of your dental needs! Trust me, you will not be disappointed.!
I did not know what to expect when I walked in. The entire front staff was so compassionate and friendly. When I got called to the back, the young lady was an angel. She was so compassionate, and caring. The Dr explained everything in an easy to understand fashion. As I left to make my follow up the young lady doing that was also very kind and compassionate. After many bad experiences with dentist in the past, I broke down into tears as to how well I treated. It is good to find people with a genuine care for others in today’s healthcare industry.
I’m not a huge fan of the dentist but I was glad to return. Staff was respectful and friendly explaining my needs for my teeth. I have a follow up appointment so things are looking good so far!
This was my very first visit today and I have already fallen in love with this group! My hygienist, Desiree was extremely kind and explained everything thoroughly, then Dr. Neely came in and went over everything I needed done, which was exactly what I wanted. And what an excellent chairside manner that put me at ease! I've never liked going to the dentist, I was always apprehensive and fearful, and I had a bad experience a couple of years ago, so unfortunately, I go when my pain gets somewhat unmanageable. Right now, I feel like this is going to be my dental group! I came out knowing what I need to have done, what the cost will be, no guessing! I'm very happy! It was a pleasing, comfortable experience when I first walked in the door!
