I went to Advanced Dental Inc. for a chipped tooth and left with a $330 bill, no treatment, and a sales pitch that felt more like a luxury showroom than a dental office. After x-rays and photos, I was told Dr Khan could help with my broader dental issues. I gave them my insurance info, was told they did not accept it, but they would run it anyway. Later that day, my wife and I returned as requested, only to sit through a two-hour presentation on how they could make my mouth look like a Hollywood superstar for around $75,000, or $60,000 if I paid up front. We smiled, nodded, and left stunned. My chipped tooth was still untouched. About a month later, I found out they billed my insurance anyway and got paid. Eventually, I got my money back, but not without a long wait and a sour taste.
Everything was perfect. The entire staff are so sweet and kind. I had broken my tooth while visiting Vernal and they helped me so much. I could not be happier with the results and incredibly thankful for the speed and efficiency they worked. Definitely the most reliable people to trust with your teeth.
Dr Kahn and dr shiner and their team is great! Ive had to have ALOT of work done, very extensive work and they are all very patient and treat their patients great! Ive always had dentist that couldnt numb me, weren't very patient and have given me very bad experiences to point where i will not go. I trust this team whole heartdly with my dental work and i dont trust ANY DENTIST! They do fabulous work! I highly recommend! They are very attentive and actually care! I give a very special thanks to brandy, christy, dr khan and dr shiner for always understanding and being so great with me!!!
We live about 3 hours from Vernal. Last fall I came down with a very bad and sudden toothache. We did not have a current dentist, because we could not find a quality one that we trusted, but we knew I needed a lot of dental work. In looking on line for the kind of dentist I wanted, I found Advanced Dental and called to see if they could get me in quickly. They offered me an appointment the next day. I was shocked to get in that soon, but so thankful. Upon arriving, after our 3 hr drive, they gave me a complete exam, and brought lunch in for us. We had never been treated so well in any medical office. My painful tooth was a bad one, and the whole staff stayed late to make sure it got done right. We ended up having a complete mouth reconstruction, over the next few months. The work they did was phenomenal, and I have a whole new set of teeth that look and feel amazing! It has been such a blessing for my health and I’m no longer self conscious about my smile! They worked with me in every way possible, and I trust them fully. As long as Dr Khan and Dr Shiner are practicing, we will never use any other dentist.
Dr. Shiner and his staff are awesome! My 3 and 10 year olds loves going to the dentist! My husband had to have some work done, his teeth look amazing! They are so friendly and always so good to work around our crazy busy lives to get us taken care of. 😊
