The assistant was amazing 10/5—very communicative and genuinely helpful throughout the entire day. She was also incredibly thoughtful in letting me know the cost of everything ahead of time since I was paying out of pocket. The cleaning was done very thoroughly as well 10/5, and I was very pleased with that. As for the doctor, he was good, but I’ve never had a filling before, so I wasn’t entirely sure if it was actually necessary. Looking back, I wish I had gotten a second opinion before proceeding. I didn’t feel fully confident in how quickly we decided to do the filling, and in hindsight, I wish I had asked my orthodontist sister to look at it before any work was done. If the filling was truly needed and the proper protocol, then overall it was a good experience—I’m just concerned because that area was never a problem for me previously, and I can’t gauge whether he spotted something genuinely new or was simply quick to recommend treatment. I wish we had discussed watching the problem area as it was my first time at the clinic or been more communicative of what my options were.
As you know, my mouth is a map of dental history! Dr Euse is the only dentist that I have not considered it an ordeal to go to . He is The Best Shot giver! Very little if any discomfort. Blessed to have him, as our dentist!
This office is far and above the most professional office I have been to. From the word go they have always treated me with kindness and never passed judgement on my dental health. Never pushing any treatments that you don’t want or can’t afford. The staff is welcoming will take the time to talk to you and not rush you through like just another number.
From the moment I walked in the door the office was beautiful, inviting and relaxing. The team that greeted me was extremely friendly. I felt very taken care of by doctor Kelly and Shelby. I would strongly recommend this office. You will not regret it at all. My crown feels and looks like a natural tooth, and they did everything in the same day. (And I am picky)--- Kristy
Amy was very kind and gentle. My blood pressure was through the roof because just the smell of a dental office sets me into a panic. She was great even read me a Mother Goose nursery rythme before she started!
