From the moment I called to make an appointment the office staff was friendly and very helpful. First appointment walking in to the office I was welcomed with a smile and friendly office staff. They even offered a water which might seem like a small gesture but it is rare and much appreciated. Dr. Verastegui took the time to explain my treatment plan and most importantly the importance of why it needed to get done. Second visit was the deep cleaning which I was not looking forward to but Danny was amazing. He was extremely thorough and explained what he was doing every step of the way. I’ve been back for crowns and extractions which don’t sound fun but Dr. Verastegui has been great! His level of professionalism and his ability to effectively and efficiently communicate every aspect of the treatment/procedure as he is doing it, has made this experience great. Honestly the best I’ve ever experienced with any Dental office. I plan to continue my dental work at Advanced Dentistry and highly recommend it!
Absolutely amazing experience. I had a dental emergency and they took me in same day and dealt with my complex case with ease. Everyone in the office was kind and helpful. Dr. Verastegui was the most professional, knowledgeable and kind dentist I have ever encountered. The office is modern, new and filled with all the latest technology. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. I highly recommend this practice 🌟
My experience at Advanced Dentistry in El Paso exceeded my expectations. From the moment I walked in, the entire team was welcoming, respectful, and highly professional. The doctor took the time to truly listen to my concerns, answered my questions thoroughly, and followed up with a clear and well explained treatment plan that I feel very confident and comfortable proceeding with. The office itself is very clean and well organized, which immediately put me at ease. The hygienist was extremely professional, respectful, and attentive, making sure to explain his role and each step of the procedure so I always knew what to expect. I also want to highlight Sol at the front desk, who was incredibly helpful and patient. She took the time to go over pricing in detail and assisted me in scheduling all of my upcoming appointments smoothly and efficiently. Overall, Advanced Dentistry provides excellent care, clear communication, and outstanding customer service. I highly recommend this office to anyone looking for a dental team that is professional, thorough, and truly cares about their patients.
Highly recommended!! Im usually not a big fan of dentists but at Advanced Dentistry the feeling was different, since you walk in to you leave everyone is extremely nice and welcoming. Me and husband both saw Dr. Verastegui and he explained everything very well. Also if you are worried about pricing they provide the best prices and payment options.
Excellent customer service!! Best dentist I have ever visited. Highly recommended!! Let’s start with my initial visit, it was great from Sol and the ladies out in the front to Ashlee and Danny who did a great job with my cleaning. Very thorough cleaning, he took his time and made sure to explain to me everything. I then went back for a crown and some fillings, again everything was phenomenal, Laura made sure and answer all my questions and guided me through out the process. I recently had to go to get my wisdom teeth removed, something I’ve been dreading for a long time because of the pain it causes, well let me tell you, I was in and out in one hour and zero pain, no discomfort at all. Dr. Verastegui is great at communicating with the patient and even better dentist. Overall it has been a great experience and highly recommend Advanced Dentistry of El Paso for all your dental care.
