I am very apprehensive when getting any dental work done since it is a struggle for me. I visited John Pavlakis for the first time and it was an incredible experience. He was patient, explained the procedure in advance, answered all questions thoroughly, and presented all options. I decided to move forward on some dental work on that day. John and his dental assistant, Angie were encouraging and worked hard to earn my trust. The procedure went well, and I am extremely happy with the results so far. Dr. Pavlakis and his team are caring, gentle, and incredibly professional — the kind of dentist who actually makes you feel calm, informed, and confident about your care. I came in for a second opinion on a crown, a small filling, and a lower tooth infection. Dr. Pavlakis took time to explain everything clearly and made sure I was comfortable every step of the way. The crown and filling were done beautifully and completely pain-free. The front-desk staff are kind and patient, and even though the office is out of network for my insurance, they worked with me on a flexible payment plan that really helped. The office itself is clean, modern, and welcoming — you can tell the team takes pride in what they do. My whole family now goes here, and every visit has been just as positive.
