Chakra is a Sanskrit word meaning "wheels of light" and refers to wheel-like vortices, which, according to traditional Indian medicine, are believed to exist in the surface of the subtle body of living beings. Each chakra is associated with a gland and a major nerve plexus and governs the area of the physical body in which it is found. By influencing the endocrine system and its hormones, the chakras affect the functioning and structure of the tissues of the body, including the organs. When the chakras are balanced, the body is in harmony. At Advanced Implant & Cosmetic Dentistry, we pride ourselves on our ability to comprehensively diagnose and treat the complex underlying causes of our patients' dental issues. We treat the whole patient and come away with a complete understanding of our patients' unique condition, an approach that leads to better results for our patients. The husband-and-wife team of Drs. Jyoti Srivastava, S, DDS, and Robert Castracane, DMD, bring over 35 years of dental excellence to their practice. Dr. Srivastava, a highly trained prosthodontist, and Dr. Castracane, a general dentist specially trained in dental implant surgery, lead a multidisciplinary team that includes a periodontist and a team of trained hygienists.

My experience with the Periodontal Therapist, Lauren, was phenomenal. She is extremely thorough in her work, but it’s her caring nature that truly sets her apart. She constantly checked in on my comfort and tolerance throughout the entire appointment, making a usually tense experience surprisingly manageable. Her attention to detail ensures top-tier results while her gentle approach completely puts you at ease. The owner and Prosthodontist, Dr. Srivastava, is equally outstanding. They are incredibly personable and so kind, demonstrating genuine warmth that permeates the whole office atmosphere. What always impresses me is how they consistently remember details about me and my family, proving that they view their patients as people, not just charts. That level of personal connection is rare and deeply appreciated. Finally, the entire administrative team, from the front-of-house staff to the back-of-house staff responsible for insurance submission, deserves immense praise. Dealing with dental insurance can be confusing, but they are all so helpful when it comes to explaining my insurance benefits. They take the time to break down the details, ensuring I understand what is covered and what my financial obligations are. This is about my 8th implant Dr Castracane has done for me. Years ago we started a bit off but have since created an excellent doctor/ patient rhythm. I highly recommend Doctor C for any implants needed.
Dr. S is the best dentist anyone could possibly see in every way. I’ve moved out of the area but still travel from afar so I can continue to get the best care from her and her whole team. She is so meticulous and is a perfectionist and cares deeply about her patients' health. She has magic hands!
