As a first-time patient, I was impressed by the cleanliness of the facility and the professionalism of the staff. The receptionist and x-ray technician were welcoming, and the dental team demonstrated a high level of expertise. Dr. Louie took the time to explain my concerns thoroughly and showed genuine care. Ms. Shannon, the Relationship Director, clearly outlined my costs and answered all my questions. Overall, I had a positive experience and appreciate the team's dedication to patient care. God Bless Them All!

Dr. Scott Jett and his team are truly exceptional. It’s rare to find a periodontist who combines advanced education, cutting-edge technology, and genuine compassion, but Dr. Jett does all of this with ease. He explains complex procedures clearly, never talking down to patients, and his approachable manner builds confidence. His artistic eye as a gifted outdoor photographer is also reflected in the beautiful décor of his office, adding another dimension to the welcoming environment. Equally impressive is his staff — efficient, kind, and highly skilled — reflecting the leadership and care Dr. Jett models every day. The office runs seamlessly, and the convenience of having both periodontal and endodontic care under one roof makes treatment even smoother. At 73, I can say I haven’t been this impressed with a healthcare professional in many years. I wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Jett and his team to anyone seeking outstanding dental care.

This truly was an unbelievable experience. That is why I am taking the time to write a review. Instead of the usual “you are taking up too much of my time…can’t you see how busy I am? attitude, these people treat you like a human being from the moment you walk in the door. They smile, greet you kindly, and invite you to have a cup of coffee or tea. The receptionist laughed when I handed her my unopened information envelope, having never found the time to complete it. She simply gave me another one on the clipboard after I came out of the restroom. The lovely lady who showed me to the exam room took my coffee cup and emptied it for me with no fuss at all. She conversed with me the entire time she took my x-rays. When Dr Danielson came in, he kindly explained my two abscesses without making me feel like an idiot by using large terms I didn’t understand. When I called him “Dr Donaldson,” he never even corrected me (I apologize, Dr Danielson). When he showed me to the appointment room, he even took the time to pull the chair out for me to sit down. Then Valerie came in …and she was another sweetheart, patiently explaining to me how the insurance worked…and we had a good laugh when she made the root canal appointment on my birthday. She assured me she would try to find an alternate opening if possible and we discussed where those free cups of birthday coffee would be offered on alternate days as well. In short, the entire office was just a lovely bunch of individuals with no airs or affectations…just down to earth, friendly people. I comment you all. In this day and age, such treatment is difficult to find. You truly made my day.

Everyone was very kind, office staff were extremely welcoming. A root canal is not on anyone's list of fun things to do but Dr Newman was professional, efficient, and clearly highly experienced. I was absolutely terrified but both the assistant and Dr. Newman talked me through each step and got me through an event on my personal nightmare list. While I cannot recommend a root canal, I CAN recommend getting a root canal done here. 👍

Wonderful experience. Online, it says the average root canal takes 90-180 minutes. Dr. Newman took care of mine in 34 minutes, I felt no pain at all during the process, and I’ve had no issues since. Highly recommend!
