I was referred by my dentist due to periodontal disease and had surgery to clean the gum line along with a bone graft in July. In my follow up appointment I learned the graft was a success as the gums attachment has improved and we've seen bone generation as well. Dr. Nguyen took great care during the surgery and follow up to make sure I was recovering well. He also answered all of my questions thoroughly and professionally. The staff was also professional and did a good job educating me on the tools needed for quality home care of my teeth. Sticking to a good home care routine is important to support the work they do in the office!

Leaving this feedback on behalf of my wife. She has been under dr Weinstein's care for 8 years. She had so many issues with her teeth, chin and sinus. So we had many operations done there. She had 4 dental implants removals (she had them somewhere else and they got infected) then 4 new implants, bone grafting sinus lifting etc. Today we went to our last checkin. We successfully completed an 8 year old journey together. We had two kids in that time, she was breastfeeding so we had to wait for some operations to due to anesthetics. So we went through thick and thin together with Advanced perio. Overall they have been a solid partner and dr w has been just awesome all throughout. Hopefully we wont need to see each other again.

**Two Outstanding Experiences with a Truly Gifted Periodontist** Dr. Weinstein was the sixth oral health provider I saw about an oral injury — likely received from a clamp placement during a routine root canal — where a portion of my gum had fallen off, exposing my jawbone. The gum kept trying to regrow over the bone, but would inevitably fall off. The first five doctors had no idea what it was, and all advised me to accept the pain and continue waiting for the gum to grow. But Dr. Weinstein immediately identified the problem — a sequestrum — just from the photo his assistant, Keira, took at the start of my appointment. A sequestrum is a piece of jaw bone that has died and that prevents healing until it is removed. Dr. Weinstein reassured me, told me what to expect, and then, because I had already lived with this painful injury for four months, extracted the bone fragment from my jaw, right then and there. I left relieved of pain and with an appointment for another issue, a gum graft I had delayed due to my injury. I had heard enough about gum grafts to feel apprehensive about the procedure. But my sequestrum experience gave me enough exposure to Dr. Weinstein to recognize him as a talented doctor that is exceptional at what he does. Keira, who was both delightful and skilled, guided me through preparation and let me know what to expect every step of the way. In the back office, Yeberzing scheduled me, provided me with printouts that explained pre- and post-operational care, walked me through my sedation options and my financial options, and then cheerfully fielded several emails with me asking additional questions. I opted for oral sedation, and Tyra got me situated and gave excellent support to Dr. Weinstein through the graft procedure. The end result and the course of healing were as planned, and my pain was at the lower end of the range forecast by the Internet, so it was a success. Dr. Weinstein gave me a cell phone number to call, in case of any issues, but I never needed it. By the time I did my followup with him and Fernando, the gum was healed as expected. The overall experience of both procedures was excellent. I was well informed, given options, and hand-held from start to finish. I felt treated like a person. I visited both the Seattle and Bellevue offices and found them both clean and well organized, and the team members to be professional and highly skilled. This is the place to go if you have periodontal issues.

Dr Nguyen was fantastic. The procedure for both gum grafts went smoothly, recovery was as anticipated and the staff showed great care throughout. I would recommend him and his team 10/10.

The front office staff, dental assistant, and doctor were professional and easy to work with. The facilities were nice, and they validate parking, which is always helpful in the city. I did have an issue with the exam fee not being clearly communicated upfront, but they worked to resolve it, and Dr. Weinstein said he's even adjusting some of their business practices so the same misunderstanding doesn't happen to other patients. That's good management! If it wasn't for the communication issue and a rather rude care coordinator, I would definitely recommend. I have no doubt they do great work!
