Annie is amazing person, she's kind understanding and patient. She's not only there to just do her job and leave like most people do. She actually has a conversation with you like a real human being. I really appreciate how all the staff is caring and gentle with not just my physical pain but me feelings as well, I was scared at first but now it's not scary anymore and I really enjoy seeing them.
If you need immediate dental work don’t even bother. I have been trying to get fillings from them since 2024, and in November of 2025 I finally had my appointment for fillings that I had been waiting over a year for. Well the day before my appointment they called me and canceled my appointment and rescheduled it for January of 2027. Ive had to seek dental treatment elsewhere and pay out of pocket because my teeth would not last until 2027. I also brought up concerns for a specific tooth I had been having pain in. I was told there’s no cavity and that I just have grooved teeth, and that pain I’m feeling is all in my head. After getting a second opinion and paying out of pocket I was informed that I don’t have grooved teeth and that I’m lucky I came in because it almost needed a root canal. I’m extremely disappointed in the care I’ve gotten at advantage, and whenever I would call to try and find an opening that wasn’t over a year out I was met with attitude from the receptionist. Truly the only positive experience I’ve had here is my dental hygienist is the kindest young lady and cares about her patients. For the rest of the staff and dentists I can’t say the same. EDIT: And after reading more reviews it’s apparent that I’m not the only one this has been happening too. They have a very clear pattern of booking appointments 6-12 months out and will cancel a few days before just to reschedule you another year out. So once again if you need immediate dental work I would go anywhere but here.
My mouth cannot say enough for the exceptional care and treatment I was given by Dr. Hunter and her dental hygienist, Ashley. They're fun, they're real, they're professional. They are also FABULOUS in their care to my 2.5 and 5 year old minions. We all leave with smiles for miles, thank you!
I had a fantastic experience with Kennedy, my dental hygienist. She is professional, gentle, and incredibly thorough with cleanings. Kennedy takes the time to explain what she’s doing, offers helpful tips for better oral care, and makes sure you feel comfortable every step of the way. Her friendly personality and genuine care turn what could be an anxious appointment into a very pleasant visit. I left feeling refreshed, confident, and grateful for the excellent care. Highly recommend Kennedy to anyone looking for a skilled and compassionate dental hygienist!
Great service orientated team that went out of their way to help fit me into the schedule. Prompt, on time, friendly and helpful. Great experience overall.
