The entire staff was amazing! Very informative & sweet! The denturist was also amazing. He let me know every step of the process & was very personable. It was nice to be treated as a human (unlike the denturist in Winston... She's HORRIBLE).
I took my granddaughter to her three-year check-up; the staff were very helpful and kind. Her hygienist and her dentist were exceptional with her, and she absolutely loved the experience.
I went in for a wisdom tooth extraction. I got all 4 removed. I am an extremely anxious person but the assistant (I cant remember her name) and dr niel made sure to ask if I was comfortable. She also made sure to remind me to breath, stay calm or ask how i was feeling which was amazing. I felt very heard and seen. Scheduling can be a bit hard as you sometimes have to leave a voice mail to be called back. But I got my surgery scheduled within 2 weeks so that is very fast in my book. Overall, my experience was good especially during my procedure.
I went today for a wisdom tooth removal I was extremely nervous and the front desk lady was an angel then the dental assistant in the back i forgot her name but she gave me a plant and she was the sweetest. The dentist dr.neil removed my tooth in like 5 minutes it was amazing. Safe to say I would rather walk barefoot on a riverbed of Legos in 100° weather than change the exceptional experience I had today. Thank you advantage dental +
Very pleasant experience. I was terrified of the needle. Wasn't sure I could do it,but I actually barely felt anything. Dr. Was very patient and positive. I'm so glad I got my procedure done. Thank you Dr. For a good. Positive experience. I DO have to say that although the Dentist was awesome. The staff behind the counter in front are NOT very pleasant. Acted like I was bothering them. They called me back. The lady was NOT very friendly or caring. Bedside manner was at all what I was expecting. Rude women I dealt with. Hope they get more training. Or at least a talk. We all understand you're busy,but it's not the patients fault. The only reason I Will go back to finish my procedures is strictly because the Dentist is kind and compassionate. The staff. Not so much
