Was hoping for my daughter to be scheduled an extraction appointment since one of her new adult tooth is fully visible, but the baby tooth is still in its place. The baby tooth is a little wiggly, but the technician insisted that we keep wiggling the tooth for it to come out. If that was the case, we would’ve never booked the appointment. We booked the cleaning appointment intentionally so that we could book another appointment for the extraction. However, again, they insisted we just keep wiggling the tooth. The technician also mentioned that she didn’t take any x-rays during this appointment. My daughter’s last appointment with them was a year ago! So no new x-rays even though it’s been a year since the last visit? We were not satisfied with our visit and would not recommend. The visit felt like we were inconveniencing them and/or didn’t want to do the additional work or show they actually care about their patients—especially pediatric patients. On another note, the older lady at the front desk was very helpful, patient, and sweet to talk to.

The only reason I rate it so low is because the hygentist (NOT the dentist Ms white, she was sweet the 2 whole minutes we had her) But the other lady was just low key rude, && maybe she was just having big a bad day...but when my daughter (4y/o) lifted her head forward she kinda pushed it backwards to get her to lay it back down.. I'm probably making a big deal out of nothing but to me personally I would have appreciated her telling MY kid to lay her head back down please instead of physically* telling her to. Like I said it wasn't that major I just didn't care for it personally.... but everything***** other than that was awesome.

The staff up front are rude. After they did my child's cleaning they just sent her back in the waiting ( the very front ) no one spoke with me or anything I've been going here for the last 14 years they have never done this before I had to go and find a nurse to see why my child had walked back in the waiting after they had done cleaned her teeth but i was told it was for the safety of the children but no other child had came out in the waiting room to wait to be seen by a doctor so I just thought that was rude and disrespectful to do my child that way please do better.. I must add my daughter is only 6 in she went to the back by her self because they have strict rules so what safety was they prefer to very unprofessional

The front staff here is unbelievably unprofessional and condescending. After eight years as a loyal patient, I’m done. The last couple of years have been a complete mess. I received a text confirming my son’s appointment, which I confirmed both by text and by phone after getting another message offering a different time that same day. When I arrived for the confirmed time, they told me there was no appointment scheduled — even after I showed proof and explained that I had already called to confirm. When I asked to speak with someone above them, I was told that person wasn’t in the office. I then asked for a contact number, and all they handed me was the Advantage Dental card. It’s clear they see patients as dollar signs instead of people, and it shows. May they all have the day they deserve.

We made an appointment online and waited for our initial appt for 6 months. When we go there they had no record of us even doing it, they did see us anyway. I am thankful for them working us in. The wait to see a new dentist being on Medicaid or allkids is atleAst 4-6 months. This is awful especially if your child or teen is having issues. The staff was very patient with me even though I was being somewhat rude.
