Dina in the back was extra helpful and very nice with my 4 kiddos today at 11. Her and the other 3 assistants along with the x-ray tech I want to thank for being so gentle and doing a great job with my kids. I also really appreciate having Dr. Eden each time we are there she explains very well what is going on with my childrens teeth. Dr. Meg does a great job as well. We love this office!
Nidia with vision did great with my 4 kids! She explained everything to me and the kids with patience and kindness. I didnt catch all the dental technicians names, but they were patient with the kids and explained everything they were doing/needed to do with me. Great experience, will continue to go back! Editing to add: Took my daughter in for an emergency dental visit. Topasio and Dr. Fitzgibbons were AMAZING! Thanks you for all you do!
Love this clinic! Staff is great with kids. Very knowledgeable and helpful. Dr Julie is excellent and super-efficient with her work. Getting crowns on was a breeze! She is also kind and friendly. Always puts us at ease.
I am always impressed by their professionalism towards children. They are patient and kind and provide step by step instruction with the children and parents. I’ve been taking my son here since he was little and I must say I’ve never been disappointed. I hope they know they are seen and valued by this community
We’ve had enough!! For dental care: Long wait times. Very short cleanings and very fast “consulting” with a dentist. We’ve been bringing our kids here for awhile, but after yet another long wait time and way-too-fast cleaning, we’re looking for a new dentist. Recent visit was 1 hour 45 minutes in the building. 5 minutes of cleaning. 3 1/2 minutes with the dentist. The rest of the time waiting. The amount billed to insurance doesn’t match the quality of the service. Office and scheduling is very unorganized. Vision care is better than dental care. Experience there has been more helpful and professional.
