**5-Star Review – Absolutely Life-Changing Experience at Dr. Hadeed’s Office!** I just had a dental implant placed, and I can honestly say this was one of the best medical experiences of my entire life. From the very first consultation to the final appointment, everything was handled with such incredible care, professionalism, and genuine kindness that I’m still smiling about it days later. The procedure itself? **100% pain-free**. I mean completely, totally, zero-pain pain-free. I was nervous going in (who isn’t with implants?), but Dr. Hadeed walked me through every single step with calm confidence and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. His skill is outstanding—he’s clearly a master at what he does—but what really sets him apart is his heart. Dr. Hadeed and his wonderful wife Tracie (who is also his amazing nurse/assistant) are two of the kindest, most compassionate people I have ever met in any healthcare setting. They truly treat you like family, and you instantly feel safe and cared for. Between the two of them, they created an atmosphere that felt more like visiting trusted friends than going to the dentist. They checked in constantly, explained everything clearly, and even took time to make me laugh when I needed it most. The office is spotless, modern, and welcoming, and the entire team is friendly and efficient. But honestly, it’s Dr. Hadeed and Tracie’s extraordinary kindness and skill that make this practice something truly special. The BEST oral surgeon EVER! He loves and cares for his patients. Honest, trustworthy and genuine! He will always go out of his way for his patients. His work is impeccable. Tracie is equally wonderful. They make a great team! Love them! HIGHLY recommended. Oh, and I fly up from Florida just to see Dr Hadeed. I w ont go to anyone else!!
I just started going to see Dr. Hadeed & Tracie a week ago and in that short time they were able to identify, plan, treat and progress iteratively with feedback as to my next steps and treatment plan. They are just wonderful people to go see. Tracie did such a phenomenal job cleaning my teeth and doing the deep cleaning scaling of underneath the gums. She really took her time and gets in there to make sure she does a thorough job. Dr. Hadeed also did a great job numbing me up so the cleaning went smoothly. Even their Pina Colada numbing cream was excellent and helped. Plus you get the added bonus of hearing your favorite band while all this is happening in a very safe and clean environment. When you visit them, you don't just feel like the next patient in an assembly line of patients. There is a hospitality about everything they do as they remain professional and kind. You feel like a welcomed guest in their home and instead of a house it's their office and instead of a patient you are FAMILY. The knowledge, kindness, respect, empathy and emotional intelligence they show just adds to the wonderful service you receive here. They make you feel like you've known them for years, even if they just met you that day. There is a warmth about them both that cannot be faked. I came into Dr Hadeed's office feeling overwhelmed, knowing that I needed advance work done because of my periodontal disease diagnosis. I was a nervous wreck because periodontal disease is something that I have been dealing with for a while. I use to receive treatment at another dental office, but felt neglected as a patient and lost hope of ever getting well. On my first, day when I walked in I was greeted with smiling faces all excited to see me; my nerves were eased because of the warm welcome I received. Even booking my appointment was a smooth process. Tracy was so understanding, helpful and patient on the phone as she worked with my schedule to make my appointment. I am simply overwhelm because of the amazing care I have received. Dr Hadeed and Tracy truly care for the whole person; mind, body and spirit. Not once did I feel as if I was just another patient that they had to get through. They took their time to explain everything to me to make sure I understood all that was going on. I received phone calls and text messages over the weekends (when they weren't in the office and didn't have to take time out of their schedule) regarding my care and what the next stages were. As I began my laser treatment, I was at peace because I knew that I was in the best hands. The level of pain I have experienced since beginning my treatment has been so low that I forget that I'm at the dentist. Throughout my laser treatment they made sure I was comfortable and at ease. When I had a concern they stopped and addresses my concern before proceeding. I never thought I would say this, but for the first time in my life, I do not dread going to the dentist. In fact I look forward to going to Dr Hadeed's office because I know that they truly care about me and will do everything in their power to make sure that I am getting world class assistance in my fight with periodontal disease. I'm so thankful that I have found Dr Hadeed and Tracy and their amazing staff. Thank you so much for your smiles, love, expertise, and care.
