I am the biggest baby when it comes to dentists. I had to have an emergency appt for one of my molars that was very infected. I had Dr. Fergason and i cant remember her medical assistants name but they were the absolute best and sweetest! I had no pain at all when it came to the procedure or after! They were great! Highly recommend!
I hope who ever needs to see this it makes it way to them …but I just want to say Mariah I believe she is a dental assistant… I am so sorry if that’s not your job title… is hands down one of the best people I’ve met and is the sole reason for the 5 star review… she did my impressions before my surgery and also removed my stitches after and helped adjust my dentures the first time .. she is amazing as a combat vet I can tell you for the last 17 years I had no bigger fear then anyone even family seeing my teeth and when I came in for impressions and had pictures taken before surgery she genuinely made me feel so comfortable and unjudged that I can’t even begin to tell you how much that meant to me… I had recently lost my sister to cancer and was beyond emotional and to be able to come in there and have someone so genuine and kind make me feel so comfortable Will never be forgotten thank you so much!
I went to Afdent to get a lining for my teeth after loosing over 80 lbs. They took an over size loose set of dentures and made them the worst set of teeth I've ever had !!! I've tried to make do since but they're unbearable and I'll be looking for another place to get a set I can eat with. They want 4 thousand for a set and now I don't trust them to make a set that will fit right.
The people here are mostly friendly and offer high quality dental care. My only problem or less-than experience that ever occurred with me was with the oral surgeon during my wisdom tooth removal. I don't know his name, but he told me to raise my hand during the extraction if I need anything, but when I did, he told me to put my hand back down, and during the procedure, he bent my glasses numerous times. Post treatment, Afdent offered quality care and advice that is consistent with their brand - including a courtesy follow up appointment! Highly recommend.
Great atmosphere all around, fast and friendly! I called them last week and they got me right in this afternoon for an appointment, I had two wisdom teeth that were decaying beyond my gum line, walked in did some paperwork got called back for x-rays and was in the chair and out within a hour and a half! I would recommend to anyone! And I don’t like dentist lol
