Dr. Conley easily resolved a tooth implant issue that I had struggled with for over a year. He took time and consideration to be sure that the surgical procedure would be a success, and he has an excellent bedside manner. My experience was caring, comfortable, thorough, and protective. I was in very competent hands. The office setting and the staff are kind, professional, and advanced in technology. I highly recommend Dr. Conley and this office.

Dr. Conley provided exceptional care during a time of urgent need. After a dental procedure did not go as planned, I required emergency surgery, and he was able to see me promptly. His professionalism, expertise, and knowledge were evident throughout my time with him. He approached my care with remarkable compassion and understanding, recognizing how anxious and frightened I felt. He, along with his kind and attentive staff, was truly a Godsend in a difficult moment. I am deeply grateful and will wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Conley to anyone in need of care.

Not only was I already feeling as nervous as a long tailed cat in a room full of rocking chairs when I arrived at Affiliates in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery, to see Dr. Christopher McDaniel in the West Chester office, but I also felt sick to my stomach 🤢, and my Fitbit thought I was exercising because my heart rate was at full throttle cardio. I was not exercising. There are certain doctors I personally associate with pain 😖, fear 🥶, or stress 😭, and just seeing the words “Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery” on the door was enough to trigger the full trifecta 🥵. On top of that, I felt like I had failed at taking care of my teeth since I was losing one. That belief was false. The issue was actually a side effect of prescription medication that weakened my teeth 😔. My endodontist, Dr. Eric Bramy, referred me to Dr. Christopher McDaniel, and I trust Dr. Bramy completely. (And I recommend them both to you!) I am, by nature, both a scaredy cat and a cry baby. Despite that, Dr. McDaniel was kind, patient, and genuinely empathetic before, during, and after the tooth extraction procedure. One week later, I called Dr. McDaniel’s answering service after hours. He promptly returned my call and listened as I boo hooed, then calmly reassured me that what I thought was a huge problem was actually a normal part of the healing process. At my appointment, I was awake during the extraction and felt absolutely no pain. The experience itself felt intense for me, and I probably could have opted to be asleep like I was for my wisdom teeth. That said, I rested for a few minutes afterward and was able to drive myself home. I truly hope I do not need his services again, but if I do, I would not hesitate to return to Dr. McDaniel. He is a truly caring professional. Thank you to Dr. McDaniel and his staff. They were wonderful, kind, professional, and never made me feel like the needy patient I absolutely was. They even followed up with me that evening and again the day after my after hours call. Update:This was my first experience with Dr. McDaniel in 2020. I have since returned twice more for the same procedure, once in 2022 and again in the spring of 2025, and remained awake each time. For those later procedures, I used nitrous oxide, which made a huge difference in helping me relax and taking the edge off, with only temporary effects. It also brought out my goofy sense of humor, which Dr. McDaniel handled with kindness and good humor of his own. One last tip for anyone who may be nervous like me. I listened to music through headphones during the procedure using a playlist I created in advance. Download your playlist rather than streaming it, put your phone on airplane mode, and test everything at home beforehand. Loud music helped keep my mind distracted, and the procedure itself was relatively quick, about 45 minutes. You are truly in good hands with Dr. Christopher McDaniel.

Dr. Conley is personable and thorough. He makes you feel at ease with the whole process. The care team was super helpful and the surgery went great. If any of my other children need this procedure, they will also see Dr. Conley.

I took my son to get his wisdom teeth removed. Dr. Conley and his assistant Monica were able to remove his teeth under local anesthetic and did a wonderful job. My son had almost no swelling and so little postoperative pain that he did not even need to take any pain relievers. Thank you so much for taking such great care of him!
