1 star because 0 stars isn't a option. I made an appointment to be checked out for some issues I'm having. I asked about fees at the time of the appointment because THEY DO NOT accept insurance. The representative who scheduled the appointment checked and double checked and i was told it would be $0 unless I approve. I showed up on time, waited 40 minutes, 2 minutes into the exam I'm told it's a $250 x-ray fee. Obviously a bait and switch provider. The sign on the door says FREE X-RAY (pic attached)
Re: Affordable Dentures and Implants - Hwy 6 Waked in for my appointment at 10:45 for 11 am appointment already did online paperwork, I signed in and was told I’m all set, never acknowledged after. At 11:45 staff member appeared and picked up the phone, I said WHOA, told her I’ve been waiting for 45 minutes after appointment time, she responded with, “well I guess you’ll be waiting another 45 minutes. Bad attitudes, nasty, awful! You need to look into this!!! Do you not care about the type of people you have representing you?
I was a patient at the affordable dentures located in newnan, ga. The dentist, motoban, sold the practice, i guess, seemingly overnight. No one even called to cancel my appointment leaving me waiting for an hour at the office until someone finally answered the phone & told us all this. Alot of the patients were mid treatment, already paid for the whole treatment, and can't afford to go to atlanta to his new practice. We were told if we wanted to still use this location we would have to come in as new patients and repay everything, basically start over. Most of us are out THOUSANDS of dollars. For me personally, he isn't even returning my call to even see if i can finish my treatment with him. He was rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional after taking my money. I had already been fighting with them to get my dentures right, now i gotta fight him at a new place? Affordable, it is YOUR warranty YOU offer on YOUR site, it is YOUR 100% guarantee that is offered under YOUR name! No where does it say the dentist is the one responsible for any of it! Its literally the same site as before only with a new dentist's name. This is FALSE ADVERTISING!!! You should be responsible for the patients that trusted YOUR NAME! All we are told is he retained the rights to his patients and affordable isnt responsible for our treatment. So basically we got scammed out of our money. Something can and should be done to fix this! Most of your patients are elderly and low income/on medicaid, they cant afford to pay again.This is why you currently have 9 lawsuits across the board. Do not trust affordable, it is just a name and lies.

Customer service is non existent. The people at the offices they own can't even find a phone number to call and the one on the website goes to another company???? WOW. I will be telling everyone I come across to NEVER any businesses associate with this company. 2 times the numbed my boyfriend up in the wrong spot 2 different times and was sent across the road because they couldn't do a simple extraction (not his first), where we had to pay $1300 out of pocket. When we left we were promised a refund within a week and almost 2 month later haven't seen it. We just want the refund we were promised.
