I would not advise coming here. I’ve been coming here for 13 years. Things were great when Dr Robertson was there but it has gone downhill since he was bought out. They are nice but the work they do is substandard. And it does no good to complain because they will never fix anything they screwed up. They are probably sorry they sent me this survey after today’s experience. They are happy to take your money but they will not give you the service you paid for. Just a warning!
The receptionist and all the Tech at affordable Dentures located off Sherwood Forest in Baton Rouge are highly trained, polite, and professional staff. They ensured that I had a pleasant experience during my visitations. The dentist that did my extraction was phenomenal. My anxiety was so high but he and his assistant had a pleasant bedside manner that alleviate my stress levels. I have never had such a pleasant experiment from a dentist such as had on this visit . Rae did great! She took time to talk to me to explain everything and get to the problem making sure I was comfortable and satisfied. I saw a few different people but Rae was the best and should be teaching a training class lol! She was awesome! Thanks again
Fantastic!!! This group of ladies are absolutely wonderful! Very welcoming from the time you hit the door. Jasmine & Dr Ratliff were so pleasant and made me feel at ease. Very professional. I’d recommend them to anyone 💯😀~ thanks for being so accommodating. I appreciate you guys.
Everyone was so nice and kind, as usual. I was very surprised that I did not have a long wait as I have experience in the past. . But I was also surprised to find out there is no same week service and to hear to get a replacement piece would take a full whole month. In the past, it would have only been a week at the most. I wasn’t very happy about that. I was not informed about that being the length of time previous to my appointment. So I guess I’m in need and just stuck. A Full Month. I still want to give a good review, overall it was still a great experience.
