Both Dr Galvez and Dr Durst and their staff provide excellent service. They take time to explain viable options and ensure that you understand your options. Dr Durst has a wonderful sense of humor and is highly skilled. I felt no pain/discomfort during my procedure. She ensured I was comfortable before moving forward with my extractions. Dr. Galvez is caring and compassionate, taking time to explain the options available all with a smile. He genuinely wants to deliver the best service and see you leave with a beautiful, confident smile. The entire team and staff work well together and the result is a beautiful smile. Immense gratitude and appreciation to them.
It was such a wonderful experience. I was told something different at another dentist office. This Dr. was honest, caring, transparent and concerning about my needs. I love the treatment plan she gave me.
Horrible. Absolutely horrible. I expressed my concerns with my teeth, I also have high anxiety. When she went to look in my mouth I began to cry bc 1. I was nervous. 2. Bc I already knew she wasnt planning on helping me. She states very quickly that ill need sedation and they dont do that here. She then hands me a list of ppl that do. I sat in the parking lot for over an hr and called everyone on that list. Not one person on the list would give me sedation. I walked back into the office to try and speak with her to clear it all up maybe get some new referrals (I honestly thought she gave me the wrong list). I walked in to be given a look of disgust by the heavy set lady in the front office. I explained what my issue was for her to walk back speak with the dentist and say they simply cant help me. This is why ppl dont go get help when its needed. This is why ppl have anxiety in the first place. Absolutely so unprofessional. Teeth aren't a damn luxury they are a necessity. I would've paid any price to fix my teeth. And they just turned me away with no help whatsoever.
My husband went in for upper dentures. Old teeth clicked together when he was eating. The most annoying sound to listen to while someone chews. Had to go in several times because new teeth didn’t fit right. Still has the same problem of his teeth hitting when he chews. Doctor relined the new dentures. Something I didn’t want done but my husband would not speak up. So here we were having to get brand new dentures relined because the doctor was smooth talking and telling him you can come in anytime and I’ll do this for free for you. Not what I paid 2 thousand dollars for. Now we are out 2 thousand dollars and still have the same problem I literally can’t hardly stand sitting at the table with him eating because all I hear are his teeth hitting together. I will not ever use this company or doctor again.
My appointment was to get new dentures. I received a next day appointment. The staff treated me kindly. The were very knowledgeable. All my questions were answered. I’m very satisfied with this visit.
