I took my sister to get dentures. The establishment I must say was very clean. The staffs were STELLAR, from the the time you check you. OMG Dr. Charles is the best so much patience & very professional. I say that because my sister has many disabilities, Mr Charles and his assistant didn't treat her any different. If you're in NC & need a dentist go to AFFORDABLE DENTURES on Boyer St. Thank you all again for the awesome work you did for my Sister. 1st day consultation 2nd day she was walking out with teeth.
I give affordable dentures a 1 star because of the wait. If you have an appointment which when I asked the question if you have a appointment then why do you have to wait 3 1/2 hrs to be seen. Tell the patient upfront that your wait time might be 2 hrs or more. Also when asked about the appointment the front desk clerk said it wasnt an appointment it was a reservation to be seen. We'll that not what I was told when the appointment was made. It's a all day thing at affordable dentures. That's just too much. I think they over book. The day I went there was only one dentist for all the people that was there. I was ridiculous. But as far as the staff I give them.a 5. Very nice and helpful but need to tell people what kind of time it's going to take when you make a appointment / reservation. Need to improve on the amount of time that is spent in the dentist office. I will not be going back to affordable dentures. I will seek dental help else where.
I broke one of my front teeth on Monday and was absolutely devastated. I work with the public, so my smile is very important to me. I immediately called my mom crying, and she suggested I contact Affordable Dentures & Implants. I called that same day and was able to schedule an appointment for Friday the 20th. From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming, knowledgeable, and incredibly supportive. I went in with my insurance card and copay in hand — expecting the worst — and walked out with a beautiful new smile that honestly looks even better than before. I was so overwhelmed with gratitude that I cried when I found out I only had to pay my copay and that all of my work would be completed the same day. The entire experience exceeded my expectations. I truly could not be happier with the service I received and the kindness shown to me. I will absolutely be recommending Affordable Dentures & Implants to my friends and family. Thank you for giving me my confidence back!
I had a wonderful experience today. The staff are all very pleasant and professional. The Dr's referred me to a regular dentist as my teeth were not as bad as I thought and would not up-sell me. I did have two extractions that went perfectly. Be prepared to wait a little bit. I assure you its worth the wait. I will definitely be back!
They did an amazing job on my daughter’s teeth. She couldn’t be happier to have her smile back …. Yes it was an all day process, but the end result was worth it. They were helpful, understanding and kept us updated through the process … so glad we found them
