Every single person there is a class act!!!!!! I’ve never been around such caring, nice people. I didn’t even know these people existed anymore, but I guess they do. lol. I’ve been to several dentist and they always wanted to sell me implants. They never wanted to listen to me what I wanted or what I could afford. That all changed when I went to this affordable denture one visit next visit teeth are out. New teeth are in next visit. Unbelievable quick. And every single person there seemed to care about what I wanted what I could afford, and that was golden. No questions were asked. I got my teeth out. They got my new teeth in dentures. They did exactly what I wanted. That’s how a business should be run. That’s a great example in that office. Brancatelli
I rarely leave reviews, but I am hoping with this, that maybe I can help someone get the help they need. I've had a fear of dentist. Mostly embarrassment, I made a couple of appointments. I have really bad periodontal disease, barely any teeth that weren't ready to fall out. Anyways, I'm so freaking thankful i did! EVERYONE of the staff was so super sweet! Comforting, and was never a feeling of judgement. I am so thankful for them. Don't question it, just do it. They are all so nice! Definitely great staff!
I am a dying pastor who needed a tooth removed. I have severe anxiety and a terrible gag reflex. For this i asked for medicine and was given a price for an extraction WITH medicine. I showed up and they moved me right in and the dental assistant and dentist were amazing and comforting. When I got back and then asked about the gas and halcion they said it was too late even though I had paid for it. I regular extraction was quoted at $99 so what did I pay for? The front desk told me I was lying and did not ask about meds or the process. I am a man of God so please find a better Cgrist filled business. To the assistant with whom I prayed please do not let their practices become your default to evil. They also hung up on my wife and called me when they realized she was upset. I PRAY you avoid this place and ive been through a kidney transplant but THIS, I would never return here. I also want the difference of my money back so that I can donate it to someone else in my place. This was simply one of the worst experiences of my life beyond the two women who performed my extraction. Better business review will be next if the resolution not met.
The staff is amazing! Very kind, sweet, attentive, answers my questions, and Dr Senters is the sweetest ever! She will do everything in her power to make sure you have the smile you want! Easy to make appointments, and always a clean waiting room! Patient for life!
As a new patient, I can best describe my own experience with Dr Sherry Senters’ team as one of trust and strong therapeutic alliance. The entire staff @Affordable Dentures & Implants on Highland Ave in Cincinnati are so lovely! Being surrounded by technicians like Dimitri, in particular, who represent a partnership where I feel respected and heard. Leading to honest communication which makes the outcome of every office visit a real success! & Thank You to Jamie in reception for sharing true kindness 🙏🏼 🦷🤩
