I made the mistake of using this place once. The device that was created, cracked and broke within a week and a half. When I went back to have it repaired, The doctor told me that he was being fired and refused to do the work. I had to debate with him and his staff for quite some time before they finally agreed to refund my money. The lady at the front desk also argued with me about refunding the money and was extremely rude. They finally did refund the money. When the new doctor came in several weeks later, I attempted to schedule another appointment to have this redone, and they refused to book an appointment for me. I’ve dealt with extensive dental work most of my life, and I have never been in such an unprofessional environment and been made to feel or not cared about. With a competitive environment today, I would highly recommend trying somewhere else.

The team continues to provide exceptional service every single visit. They truly go above and beyond to take care of you, making sure you’re comfortable, informed, and completely satisfied with your care. You can tell they genuinely care about their patients and take pride in their work. Five years later, I can confidently say I will always recommend them to anyone looking for quality, affordable dental care in Colorado Springs. They’ve earned our trust and loyalty!

I really love the beautiful ladies that work here. My first set of dentures weren't working out well and broke within a year. They admitted that a prior tech wasn't very good and offered to re-make them. That level of integrity is impressive. On that note, I had the opportunity to meet the new dentist, Dr. Walker, and was not impressed. He never stopped talking long enough to hear a concern. He seemed more interested in pushing implants than addressing the issue I needed addressed. While he rambled, the techs addressed my needs. Frankly, I would never trust this man to do the right thing for me, and I even requested that he never speak to me again when I showed up for future fittings. Perhaps he thinks he's friendly and amusing, but I found him overbearing and intolerable. I won't be back for any upgrades unless theres another dentist, which is too bad because I love the ladies who really seem to run the show.
