this is what I wrote last year hoping the dentist would notice and make things right instead I get this text read the pics: ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE. I paid for a completely new upper, because the ones I got in 2017 in Illinois cracked in 2019 the new ones were the same, all on 4 type except I was only able to get 3 due to nerves in my gumline, not the problem. in January of 2022 I had a new set of all on 3 and loved them. Won't get into how they tried to overcharge me on the anchors. Then they cracked in half same spot as the other ones, not once but 4 times since. I went in on the 3rd crack (same spot) and heard one dentist say to another "we need to just replace them, he has been in here too much":, then whoever makes the decision said "NO this is just a standard repair". so 3 cracked pallets in the same spot and no answers just constant repairs, Then on the 4th time, a tooth from the denture fell out, that was new. I have changed my diet for these teeth and the keep falling apart. I have the insurance so they repair them for free, but they didn't like that, and as I was signing the release after the repair on May 2nd 2025, they tried to slip in a form that says "I understand this repair is not guaranteed" so I'd have to pay from here on out for their sup par craftsmanship. I went to the NUVIA place in Miami and those are made from a different material all together. the material is called Zirconia like the fake diamond, but they would have to start all over and I cannot afford that as a disabled veteran. I JUST WANT WHAT I PAID FOR. So unless you want to be the patient that knows the staff by name because you're in the office all the time DO NOT USE THIS PLACE. You are just a dollar sign to the Franchise Dentist EDDY MATOS. The staff is great but they can only do what they are told.
I received offer for a free consultation and x-ray, I made my appointment without any problems. But when I arrived I felt like I was being herded. There was no consultation except to be handed a sheet with their prices and the technician said there was no x-ray. I felt like I was being pressured to make a decision on the spot without properly talking to someone about my care. I had to draw information out of the technician that led me back to the exam room. And it was over as quickly as it began without any kind of escort or "there's the exit". Geez, it was my first time there. They should work on their how they handle new patients. The experience was not pleasant. The prices seem great and they say they have same-day service which is incredible. I don't know if I'll be back. I'm still a little shell-shocked.
So affordable. Dentures is the place to go and get good teeth in a short amount of time. I love this place and recommend it to all my friends. I received my teeth today. Love these girls they treated me so well.
Very disappointed. Went there 10 years ago and was very happy. After 6 trips this last time for a new set, I will never go back. I was accused of stopping payment. Lied to multiple times. Teeth were made wrong and still don't fit. Don't waste your time or money
Overall very good experience and product. Clean facility. Super friendly staff. There were a couple of things I wasn't clear about, like I would need follow up fitting a few months after I got my temporary dentures. My appointment for second impressions was 3 hours and they had to keep my temporary dentures while they worked on them. That wasn't unreasonable at all but I would like to have known ahead of time that the appointment was going to take a while. I definitely will recommend Affordable Denture to friends.
