First of all I get to my appointment and immediately I notice how nasty filthy the office is. Secondly I get there and have to wait 20-30 minutes to go back and take X-rays and then I have to leave and come back in an hour because the lady who does the insurance is late. I come back and then have to wait another 30 minutes while she inputs the insurance in and calls to check to see if I’m enrolled. I already drove an hour just to get there and then find out after insurance deductible I’m still out of pocket almost 800 bucks. I can buy a set cheaper paying cash. I’m highly disappointed in my dealings with your company and will not give a positive review
My experience with Affordable Dentures in Huntsville AL is nothing short of amazing. The staff is welcoming, friendly, and knowledgeable! I took a chance on getting my dentures from them and I am so glad I did. The price I paid for the top quality dentures, was still cheaper than using my dental insurance with my dentist. You get temporary dentures, plus your permanent dentures for one price, and the dentist charges for each one, but your insurance will only pay for one. My dentist, even though I did not purchase from him, has complemented on them. Plus, if you’re a patient and you’re having issues, you normally can be seen that same day or the very next day! I highly recommend them!
Overall the people were nice. However I didn’t accomplish what I went in for and that was an extraction and denture consultation so that I can begin saving the funds to pay for dentures. I did accomplish being rescheduled for the extraction and being told to wait until after I give birth to get dentures. That was my plan anyway but I was not given a treatment plan or overall cost of how much it would be.
This was my second visit and I was extremely happy with the care I was shown. The staff was so available and ready to help with my needs. They took ample time to explain each step and helped me feel comfortable and confident. Looking forward to my return visit.
The front desk lady at Huntsville -University drive Davetra was so kind and wonderful. And I met the lab manager Chelsey both had great attitude and customer service. Went above and beyond to make my appointment amazing. Thank you
