EVERY SINGLE PERSON, I had contact with was amazing! They were fast, welcoming, knowledgeable, and genuine. The experience with the doctor was very relatable. The price breakdown was easy to understand. This type of visit could be embarrassing. But, the staff put me at ease the moment I walked through the door. My appointment started on time and they walked me through every single step and didn’t try to sway me one way or another. I appreciate everyone that works their!
Today I went for my consultation and everyone was super nice and very customer service oriented. Also I love the fact that it is on-site parking. The dental office itself was very clean all yhe way down to the restroom. The paperwork was quick and easy to fill out and I was seen immediately after completing my paperwork. The staff really made me feel comfortable and it was all smiling faces.
Excellent customer service overall. The doctor was very informative, attentive, and respectful, and genuinely listened to my concerns. I felt free to ask questions, and the nurses were kind and professional as well.
The worst experience in a dental office that I have ever had, Will definitely will not be back and I have told my friends do not do any business with your company, The dentist pulled the wrong tooth, then gave me a temporary denture that did not fit because of the missing tooth, I had to endure the ill fitting denture for 4 months, Then we are on the final stages and they are checking to make sure the permanent denture fit, but no one said anything about the other tooth in the back that needed to be pulled , they had no idea I had to tell them, I received no discount - you guys should be out of business
Staff friendly however the process to get my family member dental fixtures has been horrible. It has been a year and my family member still doesn't have their product. The original orthodontist departed and service has declined since. There has been so many mistakes with having to redo impressions and the quality of products don't seem to align with what we were originally promised. Policies changed for payments in the middle of our contract. At the point we just want to get finished. My family member has been depressed going through this ordeal. We have witnessed so many upset senior citizens disappointed with the service and delays. Many pleading and crying for quicker resolution. Literally crying. Including my family member. Praying we have a final product soon that is sufficient and will last a few years.
