That was the best experience I’ve ever had at the dentist. The girls at the front desk were very pleasant and greeted me when I walked in. The assistants in the back were very helpful. Katrisha made me feel at ease at my first appt. Dee made sure I was comfortable at my surgery appointment. Dr Soofi explained everything to me and made sure I understood everything that was gonna happen. I didn’t even feel him remove my teeth.
Went there today to pick up my partial. The staff there are polite, knowledgeable, caring and courteous. The dental assistant that helped me was so nice and a beautiful woman. She is so grateful for her job and shows it through her actions. She made my day and time there wonderful.
I came two affordable dentures in April. I got fitted for a top and bottom partial. I waited 3 1/2 months to get the partial the bottom fit, but the top did not so they made a bunch of adjustments after shoving them in my mouth multiple times I explained to the dentist that they didn’t fit. He told me to wear them for a week and if they didn’t Fit comfortably to make an appointment, So that’s what I did. After coming in for the third time now, I explained to them that it was bruising my gums so they sent them in for a realignment. So now again, I’m waiting. Finally, after four weeks, I come back in to get them fitted, and they are even worse than what they were before. Now, at this point after crying about not having my teeth that I paid for cash he told me that when I’m ready to go down the implant route to let him know and sent me out the door in tears! So I now have a set of teeth that won’t fit and they won’t fix them! Do not go to affordable dentures!!!!!!!!
I loved everything about my experience at Affordablt Dentures. Everyone was very friendly and they put me right at ease. They were right there if I had any questions, they explained everything to me before it was done and they were always asking me if I understood everything and if I didn't they explained it to me again. They did not try and push me into anything. I highly recommend them to anyone who is having problems with their teeth and are thinking about getting dentures.
This was my first visit. The whole staff is so professional. They answered all my questions. I was schedule for another appointment 3 days later for preparations to get my dentures I will have to schedule a day for surgery and they said it could be as early as next week. I am thrilled. I have been toothless way longer than I care to admit. I am overjoyed.
