The dentist was very informative and really nice the nurse that came in before her was just as nice. The only issue is the lady at the front desk that checks you in had a serious attitude with everyone and as I sit waiting to be called for my appointment she was so rude to and elderly couple that came in to make appointment. She will cost this business a lot of great customers. If I didn’t have to deal with the lady at the front desk I’d go back in a heart beat. But as someone who already has a fear of dentist she has made my mind up to find somewhere else to go. She needs to treat everyone with respect instead of treating everyone as poorly as she does. So with this being said I will not recommend this place to anyone as she is the first person you have to talk to before being seen.
I was SO happy when they told me my insurance will pay everything for my new smile! There were tears in my eyes when I got to my truck...there was no BS about you need this and you need that or it's going to cost you _____ out of pocket. My New Year has finally taken a turn for the better. Thank You Affordable Dentures & Implants. U R AWESOME!!!
This is my third visit. Asked the receptionist if I could come back to discuss my bill and I had another question. She acted as if it was a problem and continued to talk through the plastic glass. I was trying to not discuss the information in front of a lobby full of patients. My appointment was at 10:30 and I’m still waiting to be called back and it’s 35 minutes past my appointment. Billing is not as I was expecting. My dental insurance isn’t paying anything after I was told this would be paid for. Front desk isn’t as friendly as before acts as if it’s a bother to answer a question for anyone. Office staff are all very pleasant. Didn’t like the fact that because I failed to see I needed to complete online paperwork (I had completed during last appointment) that it would delay my appointment for an hour
I recently had a tooth extraction done at Affordable Dentures and Implants by Dr. Lee, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The staff was very friendly, welcoming, and helpful they really helped ease my nerves. The facility, including the bathrooms, was very clean, which gave me extra peace of mind. Dr. Lee was wonderful! She talked me through the entire procedure, explaining what was happening and making sure I felt comfortable every step of the way. Both she and her team answered every question my husband and I had with patience and kindness. The extraction itself was surprisingly fast and painless the only part that hurt was the numbing shots, which is completely normal. Overall, they made what could have been a stressful experience into one that felt easy and reassuring. I would highly recommend Dr. Lee and the entire team at Affordable Dentures and Implants!
I would recommend coming here if you’re in need of dentures.. the dr & staff were always nice & kind too me! They were always very supportive and made me feel comfortable throughout the whole process. I felt no judgement at all even though I am a young denture wearer. The dr listens and explains things clearly. Doesn’t rush you. For myself, I only needed a Top Denture. And the set is really nice! I am so glad I decided to keep the size of the teeth and not adjust them!! I am so happy with them! At first I was not use too them, & envisioned it completely differently before putting the final product in my mouth. After some time I realized I loved the size/shape! & glad I listened to the dr & nurses. I love my smile now & it’s beautiful!! Thank you affordable dentures!!
