As soon as you walk in they make you feel valued. It is a warm and friendly office. It is a business that has to make money but you can tell that you, the patient, comes first, the money is secondary. The dental techs are the absolute best! And Doc is personable and very kind. Highly recommend to everyone.
I've had an amazing experience with them over the last year. From getting my teeth pulled to my temporary dentures and now through the process of getting my permanent ones. Everyone has been so nice and done a amazing job.
I've had the best experience with some of the most amazing people at this location in Jonesboro. They have done an excellent job at listening to me and being patient with me. I'm so thankful for them. I'm finally tooth pain free after so many years of dealing with pain. I had all teeth removed in December 2024, had posts placed in February 2025, and was supposed to get finals in June but I wasn’t healed.
I purchased the premium full set dentures with a 5 year warranty. Warranty expired a few months ago. A tooth came out and since they are 5 years old they refused to work on them. Said I had to purchase a new set. The dentist was rude unhelpful and basically the reason for this post! He told me since he didn't make them he wouldn't work on them. Oh when these were made he probably was still in dental school! 5 years ago! So I will go to a PROFESSIONAL DENTIST next! Thanks for nothing. If your dentist approached this differently maybe there would be a different ending to this! But here we are! I would of considered having another pair made! He would not work on them because he didn't make them! I was under the impression lab techs made dentures! I HAVE REFERRED MANY, BUT I WILL TELL MANY MORE ABOUT THE POOR TREATMENT. Thanks again for nothing
They've been great to me. No issues at all. I cant remember my dentists name but him and the dental assistant have both been awesome. I highly recommend them
