I came in with a broken lower denture. When I had call I was told that they would do repairs on dentures that Affordable had not made. That put me into the market for a new set of dentures, only to find out Gaurdian Insurance would only provide $74 towards a new set of dentures at a cost of $1600+. I was called back and that is when I met Carrie Lee. After examining the broken dentures she said that they fix them , provide I signed a release form. I agreed and left my broken dentures with. She told me they would be ready tomorrow afternoon at 3pm. That is when I first became a fan of Ms. Carrie Lee. I returned the next day and my dentures were repaired perfectly. I arrived at the clinic a little earlier, the receptionist got me in and I was handed my repaired dentures and was on my way before 3pm. Great service. Friendly knowledgeable staff. I will return for another visit with Carrie Lee, when I am ready to purchase my new dentures. Fact. I will make some adjustments to my dental insurance. I will return to Affordable. I can honestly say this place is amazing. I had a horrible experience at a different place and was very unhappy with my dentures. They got me right in, walked me through the process, helped me make decisions I wasn’t sure of and made me a very happy client. Within matter of days they resolved an issue that my former denture clinic couldn’t do in 6 months of dealing with them. From the time you walk in til you walk out with a new smile, all the staff members are helpful, sweet and caring. And the prices just top it off. I paid less than half the price I did prior to calling them. Recommend a thousand times over. Thank you again!
The professional's at affordable dentures went above, and beyond to help me today. The staff has a close relationship with one another like family. It's a wonderful atmosphere with top notch professionals working together for their patients to walk out with a smile they never had before in more ways than one! 😁
DO NOT waste your time or money with these rude inexperienced individuals.. the ONLY positive thing about this place is the front desk ladies. i went for 3 different fittings, and they refused to listen to what i had to say about my care.. medical gaslighting at its best this place.. Definitely not worth spending five grand on or even 5$ for that matter. It’s a sad sad day when your customer service is nonexistent, and you’re made to feel like something is wrong with With the way you look.. these people pulled my teeth and gave me nothing for the pain.. told me my smile was crooked..not their teeth.. CHOP SHOP .. make sure they have a degree before you let them in your mouth because they are under fire For hiring people without a degree… worst experience of my life..
I took my FIL to receive new dentures. Our dental assistant was very helpful & kind to my FIL. She gave us options & helped us choose the right dentures for him. I would definitely recommend them.
