Had a bit of a wait after I was taken to my chair. The technician seemed not to know why I was there. I was there to get a second reline of my lower denture. Once she figured it out everything went great. I can't remember what my technician 's name was, but she was really sweet. And she answered my questions, so now I'll know what to expect from had my next appointment in 2 months.
I had an awesome experience at my appointment! The Dr. took his time with my teeth and my teeth turned out perfect! I am so pleased with this office! I will definitely return to the Lincoln office. I live in Omaha and definitely make the drive! The Bellevue office is horrible! Drive to Lincoln for the service you can imagine!!
From the beginning, all staff were more than accommodating and tried their best to get Me in and out as quickly as possible. The dental assistance went above and beyond to calm my anxiety and help me be comfortable
This place also just informed us they no longer accept insurance everything is out of pocket. Wow My wife went in after years of being deathly afraid of the dentist and her dental situation. They were not open at 8am like her appointment was to be the traveling dental assistants were late. Then after the consultation and xrays they were to be free they billed my dental insurance which we have reported they were supposed to get back with us with an out of pocket price after what the insurance would pay and over a month later almost 2 months we still have not heard from them and yes we reached out twice left message once spoke to secretary who would return our call never has. Its the worst dental experience ever and now my wife is not trusting in going to another dentist and suffering with tooth pain. The dentist was not kind or nice in anyway what so ever to top it off. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.
I had two of my upper teeth that had popped off. The dentist was very friendly, although I had to ask if there'd be a charge. I had a tooth put back on on my lower plate awhile back and there was no charge. Thankfully, it was way less than I thought it was going to be. You certainly are affordable. Thank you.
