When we got there we got right in. The staff was very nice and knowledgeable. I had asked on the phone if it was like same day dentures and he said possibly so I figured it'd be pretty quick. But when I got there they said the person in charge was on vacation so they took some impressions and I have to take my daughter back in 2 weeks. Then they will make her try on a wax mold of the teeth to see if any changes are needed and then we'll have to go back again to get the final product. I asked for pricing over the phone and when I got there the price was slightly higher. They are still economy dentures though so still a good price. The place was clean however they need to shampoo the seats. I will update after we go back and get the dentures.
Very professional! They were very receptive to what i was looking for, and explained the whole process thoroughly. And.... the price point!!! Your not going to find a better deal!!! The staff were absolutely pleasant. I will recommend them, every chance I get!!!! Three cheers for Affordable Dentures and their staff!!!!!
I had to go in for an adjustment again. I haven't been able to eat anything but soft foods since having my teeth pulled 3 months ago. My bottom plate hasn't fit properly. This time the front desk girl with light brown hair helped with my adjustment and did a wonderful job. She was very professional and kind. Thanks to her I had my first real meal , a steak dinner. I am very thankful to her for a job well done. I didn't catch her name but she remembered mine. She was awesome! Thank you!!
Initial consult went well, will be updating after I get a call back from the oral surgeon then on to impressions and then the rest of the procedure. It was good so far and the communication has been good. Update: Still great they were able to assist me with making sure immediate dentures would be in time with a last minute schedule issue. They went beyond to make sure the time frame worked with the oral surgeon and the issues of being closed over Christmas and new year holidays
Started off as good experience until I was lied to. Everything was going well until the discussion of tooth extraction options. I was told point blank in the chair by Dr. Campbell that she could pull all the teeth right there in their facility. But it would be without being put to sleep & “I might wanna” consider an oral surgeon that can. So it was agreed that I “explore” this possibility, “not commit to it.” So I did & what a horrible experience that was. My referral went to some big wheel arrogant oral surgeon running a tooth pulling mill, who’s staff couldn’t take a proper blood pressure reading, on the wrong arm & showed it through the roof & then came the insistence of having to see yet some other Dr. & so on before he’d even start. I’ve been perfectly capable of taking my own blood pressure for years & do it accurately, & it was not the reading they said. So that option went down the toilet. Then back to Affordable Dentures to move forward with them pulling the teeth, only to find out that now its something they are refusing to do. Nothing but lies & duck & cover to back out of their commitment. I have some bad teeth that are painful, make it hard to eat, & are gonna make a wreck of my good health, & they don’t care. I’m gonna take this to corporate in NC & do all I can to make it a living nightmare for this Ohio branch. I’ll run them into the ground if it’s the last thing I do.
