Booked for a consultation at 8 not seen by 9 1 hour nothing. Bathroom was broken AC was broken no communication for the 1 hour wait Just shut down the location if service is this bad. My time should be important as the goal to have a better experience. I can get treated bad somewhere else.

I had a very disappointing experience. A tooth was pulled while it was still actively infected, and the tooth that was actually supposed to be extracted was not pulled at all. I expressed pain and concerns before and during the procedure, but I still felt pain while it was being done and felt unheard. This situation has caused ongoing pain and distress that could have been avoided with better listening and care. I went to Affordable Dentist about 3 weeks ago because I had severe pain in my bottom right molar. I told them multiple times which tooth was hurting, but no one listened. Instead, Mr. Little pulled a completely different tooth on the opposite side. The whole time, I had an abscess on the tooth I originally complained about. The X-ray clearly showed the abscess, but he never told me about it or explained anything to me. My pain continued for weeks without being treated properly. I ended up going to Gaddis Family Dentistry, and they did a perfect job identifying the real cause of my pain. They explained everything clearly and treated the problem right away. The staff at Mrs. Gaddis’ office were very kind, respectful, and actually listened to my concerns. They also had me fill out detailed paperwork about my health, medications, and allergies, which I appreciated because that is important for safe care. Affordable Dentist never asked me about my health or allergies or had me fill out any forms. After I left my honest review about my bad experience, I received a call saying I shouldn’t have left a review, which was upsetting. I’m just sharing what happened to me so others can be informed. I highly recommend Gaddis Family Dentistry for anyone looking for caring and professional dental care.
Dr. Little was able to determine quickly why my bridge installed by a previous dentist had broken 4 times in the first year. The new one that he installed fits perfectly without the gaps that caused the old ones to fail. Very professional- he knows his business!
