Defiantly would not recommend them , they quick to get your money . I went today to get the third set of permanent dentures i had to wait a year to get and they still couldnt get them right. So now I have to save money to go some where else to ha e a set made. First set they give me dark gums that I didn't not pick out and one side of the teeth didn't touch so they filed to much off. 2nd set I had a very big over bite I could stick my tongue through the front. This last set the top teeth stuck way out like I had big teeth to where I had to hold my lip over and just dont feel comfortable. But its like it was my fault they couldnt get them right. My temporary teeth was the best they did but my gums shrunk so cant wear those either. So im still with out teeth even after I paid them at the beginning. So wish yall have better treatment. I would give them no stars if I could. The office team was the best experience I had there. They were really nice.
I’ve tried a few times to deal with these people and getting service done and all the times they were very unfriendly in summer rude and they even went as far as being coldhearted when you’re dealing with the public, you need to have lab compassion and care with people and your persona should not stink in their stink tremendously. They also tried to make you get something you did not come there for that you did not ask for and want to charge you a ridiculous price this is the line on remount Road in Rivers . I’ve also visited the one on Savannah Highway in Charleston, South Carolina, and which the doctor there I went to have two extractions pulled from my mouth and he mistakenly pulled four toots out of my mouth very and satisfied customer and yet I still try to get these people to wrong their rights and they cover up everything do not order them
I was drawn to the affordable dentures because of the next day implant option. But that option was not viable for me. The staff & dentist were good & my initial visits were uneventful. The implant posts were done & I had to wait 4 months for them to fuse to my gums. The price was fixed & I was informed & I paid the deposit. I was informed I had a balance of $2600.00 when I came in for my crowns to be placed in mouth. When I went back to get my impressions done for my mouth, I was asked for a punt os $2830.00 which I paid on cc. But when I was in the room getting my implants, I remembered that I only had a balance $1600.00. I addressed this matter with the front desk & was informed they has miscalculated the discount amount & that is why the difference in pymt. they have a posting in their office which states that the pricing is “all inclusive & once quoted would not change”. I tried very hard for the manager to listen to me, but they denied refunding me the over charge pymt. Now I am waiting on the crowns to come in 2 wks. So yes they they were professional & I really liked My dentist & his assistant. But I was very disappointed that they did not honor their written promise to honor the price. Unfortunately
Everyone who works there is super nice. My problem is trying to make an appointment. Yes you can make one on line if you are a new customer but if you are an existing customer who just needs an adjustment for dentures that you just got you have to physically go there to make an appointment which is usually a week or more in the future If you call you get a recorded message that says someone will return your call which never happens Very frustrating when your new dentures are making your mouth sore
Great employees they were very nice and professional got my dentures in one week and they look and feel great! Would definitely recommend to everyone! Have got nothing but compliments! 5star review
